Das Zimmer ist ca. 16m2 groß mit Hochbett und liegt neben Küche und Wintergarten. Es ist nicht riesig, aber gemütlich, mit Schreibtisch und Schrank. Ich würde es zur Zwischenmiete zur Verfügung stellen, meine Sachen können auch mitbenutzt werden - ich mache aber auf jeden Fall auch noch Platz :)
The room is about 16m2 big, has a bunk bed and is next to the kitchen and the wintergarden (direct exit to the garden). It's not super big, but cozy and includes a desk and a wardrobe which can be used. I´ll only be gone for the 2 months, so there will still be some of my things in here, but I´ll make space and you're more than welcome to use my stuff, as well.
Wir leben in einem schönen Haus im 13. Bezirk. Die S-Bahn ist nur max. 5 Gehminuten entfernt und in ca. 10 min. ist mensch am Hbf. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
Wir haben viel Platz mit einem riesigen Garten, der eine Tischtennisplatte, Slackline, Hängematte, bald Jurte, ein wenig frisches Gemüse, draußen Dusche und Küche (mit Pizzaofen) und noch vieles mehr zu bieten hat. Außerdem haben wir auch einen Wintergarten, eine große Küche und einen gemeinsamen Co-Working-space.
We live in the 13. district. The S-Bahn station is maximum 5 minutes walk away and the S-Bahn needs around 10 min to Hbf. The supermarkets are not further away, either.
We have a lot of space with a huge garden wich has a table tennis table, a slackline, a hammock, soon a Yurt, some fresh vegetables, an outside shower and kitchen (with pizza oven) and much more to offer. Moreover, we have a wintergarden, a big kitchen, a co-working space etc. - so many nice places to hang out :)
Wir sind zu 6. insgesamt, also würdest du mit meinen 5 Mitbewohnis zusammen leben. Wir sind alle auch viel unterwegs, aber trotzdem wird häufig gemeinsam gegessen, gequatscht, gegrillt oder auch was unternommen.
Wichtig ist uns noch zu sagen, dass wir uns ein achtsames Miteinander wünschen und alle -ismen hier nicht willkommen sind.
We are 6 in total, so you would live with my 5 housemates. We are all out a lot, but nevertheless we are often times eating together, hanging out, having barbecues etc. :)
Whats left to say is that we wish for respectful interactions with each other!
Ein besonderes Fleckchen in Wien zum Zuhause fühlen :)
