Ich suche eine Zwischenmiete für ein Jahr, weil ich großteils auf Reisen bin. Das Einzugsdatum ist auch ein bisschen flexibel, Mitte September würde auch gut passen. Das 16m2 Zimmer liegt südseitig im 1.Stock, es ist sehr sonnig, gleichzeitig aber auch kühl im Sommer :) Du kannst das Zimmer entweder möbliert übernehmen oder leer, das können wir uns ausmachen. Die beiden großen Schränke bleiben aber fix im Zimmer weil es fast unmöglich ist sie abzubauen ;)
Wir nutzen auch teilweise unsere Räume gemeinschaftlich – z.B. gibt es einen Co-Working Space. Die Küche mit Sitzecke ist der soziale Hotspot, wir kochen auch gerne gemeinsam und sitzen gemütlich zusammen. Der Wintergarten wird je nach Jahreszeit unterschiedlich genutzt, zudem haben wir einen Keller (mit Musikzimmer und Schlagzeug) und einen Schrankraum als Stauraum, einen Dachboden mit viel Platz und einem "Kino-Kunst-Bondage-whatever-Space" und eine Garage, die als Werkstatt eingerichtet ist. Im riiiesigen Garten (800m²) haben wir eine Gartenhütte, eine Jurte, Tischtennisplatte, Gemüsebeete, Gartendusche- und Badewanne, Feuerstelle, Planschbecken, Apfel-, Zwetschken- und Nussbäume, Slackline, Platz für Hängematte und noch viel mehr!
Wir haben ein Bad, eine zweite Toilette und ein zweites Waschbecken zum Zähneputzen in der Küche, damit sind wir für unsere Bedürfnisse gut aufgestellt.
I am looking for an interim tenant for a year. The move-in date is also a bit flexible, mid-September would also fit well. The 16m2 room is south-facing on the 1st floor, it is very sunny, but at the same time cool in summer :) You can take over the room either furnished or empty, we can discuss this. The two large wardrobes would remain in the room since it is almost impossible to dismantle them ;)
We partially use our rooms together – for example we have a small co-working space. The kitchen is the social hotspot, we also like to cook and eat and chat and hang out together. The winter garden is used differently throughout the seasons. Furthermore we have a basement (with music room and drums) and an attic with storage space and "cinema-Bondage-Art-whatever-Space", and a garage which is used as workshop. In the giant garden we have a garden hut, a yurt, a table tennis table, an putdoor shower and bathtub, vegetable beds, a fireplace, slackline, apple-, plum- and nut trees, space for a hammock and even more!
We have a bathroom, a second toilet and a second sink for brushing teeth in the kitchen, which fits our needs very well.
Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft zum Krankenhaus Hietzing. Der Wienerwald liegt quasi vor der Haustür - in 10 Minuten ist man im Lainzer Tiergarten. Ins Zentrum braucht man öffentlich ca. eine halbe Stunde, mit dem Fahrrad auch :)
- Zur Straßenbahnlinie 62 (Richtung Kärntnerring/Oper = Zentrum) sind es ca. 2 Gehminuten
- Zur Linie 60 sind es ca. 10 Gehminuten (Richtung Hietzing/U4 bzw. Westbahnhof/U6)
- Bei der Schnellbahnlinie S80 ist man in ca. 5 Minuten (von dort 4 min. bis Meidling, 10 min. bis Hauptbahnhof) – ab 2027 sogar im 15-Minuten-Takt ;)

The house is situated in the neighborhood of the hospital Hietzing. The Viennese Forest is just around the corner - you can reach the "Lainzer Tiergarten" (a wonderful recreational area) within 10 minutes. It takes about half an hour to reach the center of Vienna - same for public transport as for bicycle :)
- Tram line 62 (direction Opera house = city center) - 2 min away
- Tram line 60 (direction Hietzing/underground U4 or Westbahnhof/underground U6) - in a 10 min distance
- rapid transit train line S80 (direction Meidling and Vienna main station) - in a 5 min distance, at 2027 every 15 minutes
WG-Leben
Wir sind Sophie, Corentin, Pilp, Fee, Kristina und Joe/Hauns. Sophie ist die Person, die für ein Jahr auszieht. Drei von uns sind erst seit Juli im Haus, die WG- Gemeinschaft ist also am (Neu-)Entstehen und Kennenlernen, aber bis jetzt läuft es sehr gut zwischen uns - es wird viel gelacht, gekocht, geplaudert, co-geworked etc... Es gibt daher viel Raum für Neugestaltung. Mit dem Glück in einem eigenen Haus mit großem Garten zu leben, fallen immer wieder Arbeiten an, die über Haushaltstätigkeiten wie im Putzplan hinausgehen und freuen uns natürlich, wenn du auch dafür motiviert bist. Hunde und Katzen können aufgrund von Tierhaar-Allergie leider nicht bei uns einziehen. Wir legen Wert auf Gemeinschaft und Nachhaltigkeit, kochen gern, gehen dumpstern/Foodsharing, teilen Essen und sind bei einer CSA, machen gelegentlich Musik, Kunstkram, manchmal Sport, sind im Garten (inklusive Gemüseanbau), machen auch gern mal gemütliche Gartenparties (wenn gerade nicht Corona-Peak-Season ist), haben gern Gäste, sind teilweise (umwelt-, feministisch-, antifaschistisch und anders) aktivistisch unterwegs, legen Wert auf einen achtsamen Umgang und offene Kommunikation, teilen Arbeit möglichst gerecht und solidarisch, reden über Konflikte, unterstützen uns gegenseiteig, legen aber auch Wert auf Rückzugsraum, verreisen gelegentlich, oder sind einfach dem eigenen Leben beschäftigt. Wie's grade passt :) Weniger Lust haben wir auf Verschwörungstheorien, Mackertum, Rassismus und andere -ismen.

We are Sophie, Corentin, Pilp, Fee, Kristina and Joe/Hauns. Sophie is the person who is moving out for a year. Three of us have only been in the house since July, so the WG community is (re)forming and getting to know each other, but so far it's going very well between us - there's a lot of laughing, cooking, chatting, co-working etc.... So there is a lot of room for reorganization. With the joy of living in an own house with garden there is also more work and responsibilities thain doing the cleaning plan, and we value, if you are motivated for that. Unfortunally dogs and cats cannot live with us because of an animal-hair allergie. We value community and sustainability, we like to cook and try to get most of our food from dumpstering, foodsharing, and from our own garden. There we also spend a lot of time in the warm season, and also occasionally have cosy garden parties (when it's not corona-peak-season). We like to have guests, we sometimes make music, art stuff, sport, and some of us are participating in ecological, feminist, antifascist and other forms of activism. We try to communicate openly, be aware and respectful and support each other in our learning processes, but also value room for ourselves, are occasionally travelling or just busy living our individual lives. There's room for everything :) We dont like conspiracy theories, hegemonial masculinity, racism and other -isms.
Wir wünschen uns aktives Mitgestalten an unserem WG-Leben und Konsensfähigkeit bei Entscheidungen über allgemeine Themen, sowie das Zusammenleben betreffende Wünsche.
