Meine Mitbewohnerin muss mich leider in näherer Zeit verlassen und ich suche daher ab sofort eine neue/n Mitbewohnerin/Mitbewohner für meine 2-er WG. Das Zimmer ist 12m² groß und ich vermiete es möbliert mit Bett, kleinem Schreibtisch und großem Kleiderschrank, sowie Bücherregal (Bild Nr. 7 und 8). Die Wohnung ist in Summe 90m² groß und hat einen großzügigen Gemeinschaftsbereich, den du gerne benutzen kannst. Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer mit ausziehbarer Couch, Kamin und Fernseher, einen Essbereich mit Küche (Geschirrspüler, Mixer, Filterkaffeemaschine, Toaster, Geschirr, … ), einen kleinen Balkon mit neuen Balkonmöbel (sind auf dem Foto noch nicht drauf), ein kleinen Raum mit Waschmaschine und ein Badezimmer. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, du musst also nicht viel mitbringen. Im Gang/Keller findet sich auch eine Möglichkeit dein Fahrrad unterzubringen, falls du eines hast.

As my flatmate unfortunately leaves me soon I am looking for a new flatmate in my 2-person shared apartment. The free room is 12m² and furnished with bed, small desk and large closet and bookshelf (pictures 7 and 8). The apartment is 90m² big with a very large common area which you are welcome to use. There is a living room with a couch, a fireplace and a TV, a dining area with kitchen (dishwasher, blender, dishes, filter coffee machine, toaster, ... ), a small balcony with new balcony furniture (which are not yet on the photo), a small room including a washing machine and a bathroom. The apartment is fully equipped, so that you don't need to bring a lot. In the corridor/basement we will for sure also find a place to store your bike, if you have one.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 13.Bezirk in 8min Gehweite von der U-Bahn Station Ober St. Veit. Es ist eine sehr ruhige und schöne Gegend und man ist schnell im Grünen. Ich gehe zum Beispiel sehr gerne im Lainzer Tiergarten, am Wienfluss oder in Schönbrunn von daheim aus joggen.
In Gehweite befinden sich außerdem ein Bäcker, ein Billa und eine Apotheke (4min), sowie ein Spar, Bipa und DM (8min).

The apartment is located in the 13th district in 8min walking distance from the subway station Ober St. Veit. It is a very quiet and nice area and there are a lot of green areas. For example, I love to go jogging in Lainzer Tiergarten, along the Wienfluss or in Schönbrunn.
There is a bakery, a Billa (supermarket) and pharmacy (4min walk), as well as a drug store and other supermarkets (8min walk) within walking distance.
Ich suche jemanden mit dem ich mich gut verstehe. Mit meiner letzten Mitbewohnerin habe ich sehr gerne gekocht, Filme geschaut oder einfach nur geplaudert. Ich freue mich also über gemeinsame Aktivitäten - diese sind aber natürlich kein Muss. 😊 Ansonsten ist es so, dass ich ab September in die Schweiz gehen werde und meine Schwester ab dann mit dir wohnen wird. Wir können es aber sicher organisieren, dass wir uns einfach alle einmal kennen lernen. Falls du eine WG für kürzere Zeit suchst, ist das für mich auch in Ordnung aber in dem Falle, schreibe mir einfach für wie lange genau.
Falls du irgendwelche Fragen hast oder dir die Wohnung gerne mal anschauen willst, schreibe mir einfach eine Nachricht.

I am actually only looking for a flatmate with whom I get along well. I really enjoyed cooking together, watching movies or just talking with my last flatmate and I would love to do the same things with you sometimes – of course it is not a must. 😊 Further you must know, that I will move to Switzerland in September and that my sister will move in instead. However, we can certainly organize a meeting all together such that you can get to know both of us. If you are looking for a shared apartment for a shorter period of time, that's fine with me as well but please just write me for how long exactly.
