Ich vermiete mein WG-Zimmer für ein halbes Jahr da ich auf erasmus gehe. Das Zimmer ist 19 quadratmeter groß. Es zeichnet sich durch seine Helligkeit aus, dank der großen Fenster welche süd-östlich liegen, die eine angenehme Atmosphäre schaffen. Es ist mit einer gemütlichen Couch ausgestattet. Ein Schreibtisch mit einem zusätzlichen Bildschirm steht bereit, ideal für Arbeit oder Studium. Die Kästen bieten ausreichend Stauraum.
Ein Fernseher steht im Zimmer für deine Unterhaltung zur Verfügung, es gibt zwar keinen Kabelanschluss, dennoch kann man einen Laptop über HDMI verbinden oder sich direkt auf dem Fernseher bei Netflix anmelden. Das 140 cm breite Bett befindet sich direkt neben dem Badezimmer, was für zusätzlichen Komfort sorgt. In der Wohnung wirst du auf zwei freundliche Mitbewohner treffen. Der eine hat gerade begonnen Soziale Arbeit an der FH zu studieren und der andere studiert Biomedical engineering im Master an der TU.
Gemeinsam teilt ihr euch eine voll ausgestattete Küche sowie einen gemütlichen Wohnbereich.
Das Zimmer ist mit einigen Pflanzen dekoriert, um eine frische und einladende Atmosphäre zu schaffen. Die Wohnung bietet eine entspannte Umgebung, und die Lage ist günstig mit guter Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und interessante Orte in der Nähe. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Ubahn U3 Hütteldorferstraße.

I am renting out my shared room for half a year as I am going on erasmus. The room is 19 square metres in size. It is characterised by its brightness, thanks to the large south-east facing windows, which create a pleasant atmosphere. It is furnished with a cosy couch. There is a desk with an additional screen, ideal for work or study. The cabinets offer plenty of storage space.
A TV is available in the room for your entertainment; although there is no cable connection, you can connect a laptop via HDMI or log in to Netflix directly on the TV. The 140 cm wide bed is located right next to the bathroom, which provides additional comfort. You will meet two friendly flatmates in the flat. One has just started studying social work at the FH and the other is studying biomedical engineering at the TU.
Together you will share a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living area.
The room is decorated with plants to create a fresh and inviting atmosphere. The flat offers a relaxed environment and the location is convenient with good access to public transport and interesting places nearby. The room is fully furnished.
