Dear All, we are searching sombody thats want to enjoy the summer with us from the 1.-4. Juli till 31. August!!
The room available is Zimmer 3 = 22m²
The morning are very sunny and the two windows allow alot of good vibes and fresh air.
the flat is 200m2 big and we have 2 common bathrooms, one even with the bidet --- a very rare and extremely valuable thing here in Vienna haha -- in addition to that, of course, everything necessary but with the small luxuries of a cottage of "Beverly Hietzing" (dining room -- also perfect for game-dinners, living room with projector and huge couches for sleepovers or couchsurfers), huuuuge kitchen with washing machine, dryer, two fridges, refrigeretor, shared extra wardrobe, Abstellraum, ...)
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 13. Bezirk und sie ist 8 Gehminuten von U4 Hietzing Haltestelle entfernt. Außer der U-Bahn hat man verschiedene Verkehrsmöglichkeiten wie Bus, Bim und S-Bahn (Penzing ist 15 Gehminuten entfernt).
Bist du Naturlieber und willst du in einer gemütlichen WG nicht weit vom Zentrum wohnen?? Dann sind wir genau die richtige WG für dich! Schönbrunner Schlosspark, Auer-Welsbach-Park, Maxing Park und grüner Berg befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe und Karlsplatz ist mit der U-Bahn nur 15 min entfernt!!
Also entweder im Sommer oder im Winter hat man immer die Gelegenheit die Natur genießen zu können und wenn man sich am Sonntag langweilt, gibt es gleich ums Eck das Technische Museum, das mehrere Besuche Wert sind;)

Anna 24, is our pastry chef par excellence and after she finished her thesis she travelled around the north of Europe bringing a breath of fresh youth to all the wg!
Angi, 28 -- our tea queen who is always searching for some farms in the countryside of Austria to spend her holidays -- is studying for her master's degree in cinema management in St. polten
Laura&Felipe 31 and 32, our loyal lawyers, who are both working and studying, are the affirmed King&Queen in almost any game we play -- especially UNO -- and they can delight and warm each heart with their fantastic calentados and their amazing cocktails
Niklas 22, is studying at the TU and he is our motivated housemaster, who is also our IT- and Games expert always ready for cooking time and experimenting with delicious recipes together!!
Sara 28 (only on paper -- in reality over80) after 10 years of fighting the Viennese greyhounds with cheese and music, earning her bread by being a waitress in a south tyrolean restaurant -- and so far the Rastafarian keeper of the house is now going to leave for starting a non-profit organisation with her soulmate.
if on paper it may seem anarchy we actually live in a beautiful and peaceful harmony, surrounded by some brunches and drinks together!!
