Entspannte 3er WG im 14. sucht neue*n Mitbewohner*in/ cozy flat in the 14th. looking for a new flatmate

14. Bezirk, 10 Minuten Fußweg zur U3 Hütteldorfer Straße, 10 Minuten Busfahrt zur U4 Hietzing, wo dann auch Schönbrunn gleich um die Ecke ist. Die 49er Bim zum Volkstheater fährt praktisch vor der Haustür weg. Wunderbar für entspannende Frühlingsmonaten im Grünen, da auch der Lainzer Tiergarten und Baumgartner Höhe nicht weit weg sind. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit Merkur und Hofer max. 5 Gehminuten entfernt, die Bäckerei "Der Mann" hat auch an Sonntagen geöffnet und es gibt eine sehr gute Pizzeria im Nachbarhaus.

>>> The flat is located in the 14th district, 10 minutes walking distance to U3 Hütteldorfer Straße and 10 minutes by bus to U4 Hietzing, where the relaxing Schönbrunn Park is nearby. The tram line 49 in the direction to Volkstheater leaves in front of the house. The location is awesome for those of you who want to spend time in the green, as the beautiful "Lainzer Tiergarten" and "Baumgartner Höhe" are close as well. Grocery shopping can be done at Merkur or Hofer which are a maximum of 5 minutes walk away. Down the street is a bakery that has even open on Sundays and I can recommend a very good pizza place in the neighbor house.

Das WG-Leben ist super entspannt und gemütlich, dir wird es bei uns sicher gefallen :) Wir sitzen öfters beim gemeinsamen Kochen oder bei einem Bier/Vino zusammen und quatschen über die News, politische Themen oder was eben so ansteht. Wichtig wäre uns, dass du auf die Wohnung Acht gibst und vielleicht ab und zu die Pflanzen gießt :)

Lisa ist 22, studiert Publizistik und hat eine Liebe für alles Schwedische, politische Diskussionen und Backcamembert. Pro Tipp: Wenn man an ihrem Zimmer vorbeigeht, kann es sein, dass man sich in Diskussionen über Gott und die Welt, verliert und ab und zu mit einem schwedischen Schokokuchen den Tag versüßt bekommt :D

Emir ist 26, studiert Stadtentwicklung - "Smart City" am Technikum und ist der Kochguru der WG und bringt den artsy Vibe in die vier Wände. Wenn man bei ihm an die Zimmertür klopft, sieht und hört man ihn entweder an der Gitarre oder am eigenen Track herumbasteln. Pro Tipp: Für eine Runde Dark Humor oder eine Pizza bei LaPausa und Kaffee ist Emir immer zu haben :D

In the evening, we often chill in the kitchen for a snack/wine/beer, cooking together or chatting about the news or whatever comes up. It's important to us that you take care of the flat and maybe sometimes water the plants :)

Lisa is 22, studies Journalism and has a secret love for everything Swedish, political discussions, photography and oven cheese. Pro advice: If you swing by her room, you could find yourself immersed in a random talk, with topics ranging from world politics to social media, and occasionally enjoy a piece of her delicious swedish choclate cake.

Emir is 26, studies urban development and is the cooking guru of the flat who brings some artsy vibes to the flat. If you knock on his door, you can probably find him playing his guitar or producing his own tracks (with huge passion). Pro tip: He is always in for some LaPausa Pizza, dark humor and coffee :)

Da Lisa und Emir im Sommer mit ihren Studien fertig werden und wir die WG dann wahrscheinlich auflösen werden, ist das Zimmer befristet zu vermieten. Das genaue Datum legen wir noch fest und wir erzählen gern mehr im persönlichen Gespräch.
