21m² in a fully furnished flat in the 14th district, Vienna.
If you are looking for a big furnished room in a nice apartment with a nice garden to enjoy the summer, we have something for you!
The room is available from 1st of July, for 470€ a month. The price can be negotiable if you only stay for summer. All included (water, electricity, heating, internet). The deposit is twice the rent which you will of course get back. The room is fully furnished (even with a double-bed) as well as the whole apartment (washing-machine, dishwasher). There are two separate bathrooms and two separate toilets. Even at 6, there's never any problems. :) The kitchen is also fully furnished: microwave, oven, dishwasher, 2 fridges.
The apartment is located in a student house, so the atmosphere is very friendly and there have never been any problems with noise as the ceiling insulates very well.
In the appartment are two more rooms free (18m2 for 440€ and 10m2 for 340€).

The flat is located in the green Penzing and is 5 minutes away from Schönbrunn Palace with its park, which invites you with its beautiful view and its large green areas for long walks or jogging, which is quite a pleasant distraction especially during the lockdown :)
Billa, Spar, Penny and Dm, bakery, pharmacy and food options are all within 5 minutes walking distance.
1 minute walk to the tram "Penziger Strasse" (52, 60 and 10), 10 minutes to the subway (U4 or U3), 3 minutes to the bus (10A).

You would share the flat with 3 other flatmates, namely:
Sandro, 21, a chemistry student from Kärnten (Austria), Louis, 22, from the USA, who is currently doing his military service and is therefore unfortunately rarely in the flat, and Ughur, 27, from Berlin, who is studying education.
We are very considerate of each other so that everyone has their own space, but we also like to spend time talking together and often eat together. Parties are also sometimes organized, with the agreement of all!
If you want to meet people from all over the world, this flat share is for you! :)
