The room (~10 sqm) is approximately square with two large windows that flood the space with plenty of natural light. It provides enough space for a large bed, a closet and a cupboard. The rest of the apartment has plenty of additional storage space (we still have not filled it all).
The room can be rented without furniture but the bed, including the mattress could be yours without extra charge.
The whole apartment including the room has an oak parquet floor and impresses with some nice details such as a fire place and naked brick walls in the living room and the bathroom.
The building is located in the 14th district, not far from the scenic Schloss Schönbrunn. Trams 10 and 52 are within 1 minute walking distance. The U3 Station Hütteldorferstraße and Tram 49 are about 7 minutes on foot.
Various shopping options are close by (bakery, Penny, Spar, Billa, DM).
You would be living with two flatmates, Sarah (26) and Hannah (25). Together, we often cook, make cocktails, go for bike rides to our favorite swimming spots and ice cream shops, or just watch some Netflix. We hope that you will want to be part of and contribute to this warm and comfortable living atmosphere.
We are both working full-time, Sarah still several days a week from home until workplace restrictions due to Covid-19 are fully lifted.
The listed additional rent charges include everything from warm water, heating, to electricity and Internet.
