The room layout is ideal because all rooms (entrance hall, kitchen, living room, WC, bathroom, both bedrooms) can be accessed separately and are almost square. The beautiful garden can also be used. The bedroom has a walk-in closet and is otherwise unfurnished.

Die Raumaufteilung ist ideal, da alle Räume (Vorraum, Küche, Wohnzimmer, WC, Bad, beide Schlafzimmer) separat begehbar und fast quadratisch sind. Der schöne Garten kann ebenfalls genutzt werden. Das Schlafzimmer hat einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und wird ansonsten unmöbliert vergeben.
Absolutely quiet location and yet very well connected. A 2-minute walk to Kendlerstraße U3 station and tram 10, 46, 49.
The neighborhood is very nice, and in contrast to my previous apartments in Vienna, I appreciate the interaction here, especially because of the shared garden.

Absolute Ruhelage und trotzdem sehr gut angebunden. 2 Minuten Fußweg zur U3-Station Kendlerstraße und Bim 10, 46, 49.
Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr nett, und im Gegensatz zu meinen bisherigen Wohnungen in Wien schätze ich hier das Miteinander, vor allem durch den gemeinsamen Garten.
I'm Anna, 29, doing my PhD in biology at the Natural History Museum. I'm very social and open-minded, which is why I always like to live in shared flats. However, I tend to enjoy the peace and quiet at home and am therefore looking less for a party flat share and more for a "meet up in the living room for a glass of wine and watch something or do a puzzle" flat share.
I'm also really hoping for cat lovers who would like to spend time with the two of them and take care of them.

Ich bin Anna, 29 Jahre alt und mache meinen PhD in Biologie am Naturhistorischen Museum. Ich bin sehr gesellig und aufgeschlossen, weshalb ich immer gerne in WGs wohne. Allerdings genieße ich eher die Ruhe zu Hause und suche daher weniger nach einer Party-WG als nach einer "Wir treffen uns im Wohnzimmer auf ein Glas Wein und schauen etwas oder machen ein Puzzle" WG.
Ich hoffe auch sehr auf Katzenliebhaber*innen, die gerne Zeit mit den beiden verbringen und sich um sie kümmern würden.
Wenn dich das anspricht, schreibe mir doch bitte ein wenig über dich und wie du dir das Leben in einer WG vorstellst. Ich freue mich schon darauf :)
