Hello there! We are looking for a new flatmate in 1150 from the beginning of October on. ✨
We are close to u3 Johnstrasse, it’s a quiet area but we’re on the ground floor. The flat has 6 rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets and a huge communal area (living room+ dining space+ kitchen). The room costs 450, everything is included and it is 15,30 sqmeters .
In addition, we pay about 100€ each and share the costs of food, and cleaning products. We have regular plenaries and we try, despite obstacles and very diverse daily routines, to live as collectively as possible. We try to live according to anti-sexist and anti-racist principles, and it is quite important for us.
We have a very big living room, we love to have visitors. Above us, there is another flat with very lovely people. We speak often in English. And we are super close to the metro station.
