ich suche jemanden zur Untermiete für 2 Monate, da ich den Sommer über reisen bin.
Das Zimmer ist 10 qm groß, hat Parkettboden und hohe Decken. Es ist hell und manchmal scheint die Sonne rein.
Die Einrichtung ist eher minimalistisch gehalten (Komode, Kleiderstange, Regalbretter an der Wand und 1,40m Bett) und ich würde meine persönlichen Gegenstände natürlich für den Zeitraum rausnehmen.
Momentan leben wir hier zu 5. Die Wohnung ist groß und hell, hat 2 Badezimmer mit seperaten Toiletten, eine große Küche mit Geschirrspüler, ein Wohnzimmer (das noch mehr eingerichtet wird, die WG wurde erst neulich gegründet), einen Abstellraum und einen kleinen überdachten Außenbereich.
I am looking for someone to sublet for 2 months, as I am traveling over the summer.
The room is 10 sqm, has parquet floor and high ceilings. It is bright and sometimes the sun shines in.
The furniture is rather minimalistic (dresser, clothes rail, shelves on the wall and 1,40m bed) and I would of course take out my personal belongings for the period.
Currently we live here 5. The apartment is large and bright, has 2 bathrooms with separate toilets, a large kitchen with dishwasher, a living room (which will be furnished more, the WG was formed only recently), a storage room and a small covered outdoor area.
Wir wohnen im 15. Bezirk, ca. 7 min von der U3 Station Johnstraße, 12 min von U4 Station Schloss Schönbrunn. Außerdem fährt der 10a direkt vor der Haustür und bei der U3 Station fahren diverse Bims.
Direkt vor unserem Haus ist ein Platz mit Basketballplatz, Tischtennisplatten, Außensportgeräten und Tischen.
Auer Welsbach Park (10min) und Schloss Schönbrunn (15min) sind ebenfalls direkt um die Ecke.
We live in the 15th district, about 7 min from the U3 station Johnstraße, 12 min from U4 station Schönbrunn Palace. In addition, the 10a goes directly in front of the front door and at the U3 station various Bims go.
Directly in front of our house is a square with basketball court, table tennis tables, outdoor sports equipment and tables.
Auer Welsbach Park (10min) and Schönbrunn Palace (15min) are also just around the corner.
Momentan sind wir eine 5er WG (Leon, Jann, Andras, Amelia und Ich). Das Zusammenleben in der WG ist sehr gemeinschaftlich und freundschaftlich. Wir unternehmen Dinge zusammen, kochen gemeinsam, sitzen auf dem Platz vor unserem Haus und hören Musik oder spielen Schach (manche mehr, manche weniger gut). Trotzdem ist es auch Mal ruhiger und alle sind rücksichtsvoll wenn jemanand Zeit für sich braucht.
Den Sommer über sind aber abwechselnd Leute nicht da. Es wird also wahrscheinlich ein bisschen weniger los sein.
At the moment we are a group of 5 (Leon, Jann, Andras, Amelia and me). Living together in the WG is very communal and friendly. We do things together, cook together, sit on the square in front of our house and listen to music or play chess (some more, some less well). Nevertheless, it is sometimes quieter and everyone is considerate when someone needs time for themselves.
But during the summer there are alternately people not here. So it will probably be a little less busy.
