Das Haus verfügt über zwei Terrassen, die von allen Bewohnern genutzt werden können. Vor allem die Dachterrasse ist ein richtiges Highlight mit Blick auf die Stadt und Hollywoodschaukel 🤩

Fußbodenheizung:
Bleiben Sie den ganzen Winter über wohlig warm (im Mietpreis inbegriffen!).

Kosten:

Die Miete beträgt inklusive Heizung/Gas 500 Euro. ~32 Euro/Monat waren die Stromkosten für unseren Vertrag. Also beträgt der Gesamtpreis zirka 532 Euro monatlich. Internet ist inkludiert.

WG-Leben
Du wirst mit meiner derzeitigen Mitbewohnerin Clara zusammenwohnen. Sie ist bereits berufstätig und unter der Woche meistens unterwegs. Für einen Plausch in der Küche oder gelegentliche gemeinsame Aktivitäten ist sie gern zu haben :) Wir waren keine reine Zweck-WG. Sauberkeit sowie gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme sind ihr besonders wichtig.

Umgebung:
Die WG befindet sich in einer Seitenstraße zirka 10 Minuten fußläufig vom Westbahnhof. Rundherum gibt es viele Cafés und Bars und auch die Mariahilferstraße ist zu Fuß bequem erreichbar.


Der Einzugstermin ist der 1. März!
** Die gesamte Wohnung gehört einer Firma namens dieWg, daher würde der Vertrag mit ihnen abgeschlossen werden.

I'm searching for someone to rent out my bright and comfortable room in a shared flat. ☀️

Unfortunately there was an inflation increase, so 500 is the rent with heating/gas included. ~32 euro/ month was the electricity cost for our contract. So, 532 euro is full price.

Shared living
You will live with my current roommate Clara. She already works and travels most of the week. She's happy to have a chat in the kitchen or do the occasional joint activity :) We weren't just a shared flat share. Cleanliness and mutual consideration are particularly important to her.

Enjoy the lively neigborhood atmosphere. There are lots of nice cafe shops close by. It is also really close to mariahilfer straße!

Move in date is 1st of march!
** The whole apartment is owned by a company which is named dieWg, so contract would be with them, you could check their website as well. They mostly prefer some one who is willing to stay long term. If you wish to rent for short term, you need to find someone instead of you while you are leaving as what i am doing:)
