In unserer 3er-WG wird ein Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer ist 11qm groß und bereits möbliert (Zwei 90cmx200cm Matratzen, Hochbett, Regal, Schreibtisch, Bürostuhl, Kleiderstange, Spiegel) darin. Insgesamt ist unsere Wohnung sehr angenehm groß, wir haben ein sehr großes helles, südseitig gelegenes Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch für Gäste, in dem du dich gern jederzeit aufhalten kannst. Unsere Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Gasherd, Backrohr, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Geschirr usw. Besonders angenehm ist, dass wir einen extra Abstellraum haben, wo du z.B. sperrige Gegenstände unterbringen könntest.
Die Lage ist absolut perfekt, man braucht nur 3 Minuten zur U-Bahnhstation Längenfeldgasse, wo man die U4 oder U6 nehmen kann. Zum Karlsplatz braucht man somit nur etwa 15 Minuten. Mit dem Fahrrad kann man auch bequem in 15 Minuten das Zentrum erreichen, wenn man einfach den Wienfluss entlang radelt. Supermärkte (Spar, Billa, Hofer, dm) sind alle fußläufig in etwa 2 Minuten erreichbar. Es gibt auch einige nette Restaurants um die Ecke, z.B. Das Eduard oder Hawidere.
Besonders gut gefällt uns, dass wir zwischen Wienerwald und Stadtzentrum liegen, was einfach perfekt ist, wenn man gerne Sport macht und in der Natur ist. Man kann sogar direkt vom Haus weg loslaufen und eine Runde im schönen Garten vom Schloss Schönbrunn drehen, was ein idealer Ort zum Joggen ist.
In den anderen Zimmern wohnen Julia und ich. Wir kommen beide ursprünglich aus Deutschland, Ich bin für mein Masterstudium hier und Julia ist berufstätig.
Wir unternehmen gerne was zusammen, z.B. Freunde einladen und gemeinsam Kochen, Spieleabende oder gemütlich Film schauen. Aber natürlich hat auch jeder seinen eigenen Freiraum.

A room is free in our 3-bed flat share. The room is 11 sqm large and already furnished (two mattresses, shelves, desk, office chair, clothes rail). Altogether our apartment is very pleasantly large, we have a very large bright living room facing south with a sofa bed for guests, in which you are welcome to stay at any time. Our kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishes etc. Especially pleasant is the fact that we have an extra storage room where you can store bulky items, for example.
The location is absolutely perfect, you only need 3 minutes to the underground station Längenfeldgasse, where you can take the U4 or U6. Thus, one needs only approximately 15 minutes to get to Karlsplatz. By bike, one can also comfortably get to the centre in 15 minutes by simply cycling alongside the Wien river. Supermarkets (Spar, Billa, Hofer, dm) are all within walking distance in about 2 minutes. There are also some nice restaurants around the corner, for example Das Eduard or Hawidere.
I especially like the fact that we are located between the Vienna Woods and the city centre, which is just perfect if you like sports and being in nature. You can even walk straight from the house and take a lap in the beautiful garden of Schönbrunn Palace, which is an ideal place for jogging.
In the other rooms Julia and I live. We are both originally from Germany, I am here for his master studies and Julia is here for work.
We like to do things together, e.g. inviting friends and cooking together, playing games or watching movies. But of course everybody has his own freedom.
