The free room is a big and bright room. It has a beautiful view on the park in front of the house. It can be taken over partly furnished. But does not have to be.
The flat has a big, open and bright kitchen, which is great for dining with a lot of people. The kitchen is connected with the balcony. It is great especially in summer. Next to the kitchen is a guestroom for visitors. The flat has bath room with a bathub and a a seperate toilette.

Das freie Zimmer ist ein groß und hell. Es hat einen schönen Blick auf den Park vor dem Haus. Das Zimmer kann teilmöbliert übernommen werden. Muss aber nicht sein.
Die Wohnung hat eine große, offene und helle Küche, die sich hervorragend zum Essen mit vielen Leuten eignet. Die Küche ist mit dem Balkon verbunden. Hier ist es gerade im Sommer wunderbar. Neben der Küche befindet sich ein Gästezimmer für Besucher*innen. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Bad mit Badewanne und ein separates WC.
The flatshare is close to two parks. once the Auerbach Welsbach Park and the other is the beautiful castle park of Schönbrunn. Within 2 min of reach there is tramlines 52 and 60 (which take u within 5 min to Westbahnhof) aswell as the bus line 57A towards Getreidemarkt. The U4 is a walking distance of 5min far.
Grocery shopping is around 5 min each far away with the options of Billa and Hofer to shop.

Die Wg ist in unmittelbarer Nähe von 2 Parks. Zum einen der Auerbach Welsbach
Park, zum anderen der schöne Schloßpark Schönbrunn.
In 2 min ist man bei den Tramlinien 52 u 60 (die innerhalb von 5 min beim Westbahnhof sind) sowie der Buslinie 57A Richtung Getreidemarkt. Zur u4 sind es ca 8 min Fußweg.
Billa und Hofer sind ca beide 5 min gehminuten entfernt.
You will live together Márton, Guan, Karolin and Joakim who studying or working in the cultural section. They are between 20 and 30 years old and all anchored in creative or artistic environments. The main languages are English and German as we all have different nationalities and come from different countries.

Du wirst mit Márton, Guan, Karolin and Joakim zusammen leben, die alle im Kulturbereich studieren oder arbeiten. Sie sind zwischen 20 und 30 Jahre alt und alle in einem kreativen oder künstlerischen Umfeld verankert. In der Wohngemeinschaft wird überwiegend deutsch und englisch gesprochen, da wir alle unterschiedliche Nationalitäten haben.
