In unserer großen, modernen sanierten Altbauwohnung ist ab sofort ein sehr schönes, helles, ca. 15m² großes Zimmer mit einer ca. 6 m2 großen zweiten Ebene frei. Es kann als Hochbett oder als Stauraum genutzt werden. Ideal für Studierende oder arbeitende Menschen jeglicher Form und Farbe, Geschlecht, Herkunft und sexueller Orientierung - wir heißen alle herzlichst willkommen!
Das Zimmer ist länglich geschnitten, hat ein großes Fenster, wunderbaren hellen Parkettboden und ca. 3,30m hohe Decken. Die Wohnung besitzt eine große, gemütliche Wohnküche mit einer Küchenzeile, Wohnlandschaft und Essbereich. Sie verfügt außerdem über luxuriöse Kleinigkeiten wie eine Wasch- und Spülmaschine und im Gebäude steht sogar ein Trockner zur Verfügung.
In our modern and spacious renovated victorian style flat is a room available. It´s a very nice, bright 15m² room with a big window, light hardwood floors and a high ceiling (about 3,30m). It also has a approximately 6m² platform which can be used as a bunk bed or a very spacious storage area. It is perfect for students, working people, and people of any color, gender, ethnicity and sexual orientation – We welcome everybody!
The apartment has a large, open kitchen with a cozy living room and dining area. It also has luxurious little features such as a washing machine and dishwasher and there is even a dryer available in the building.
Die Wohnung liegt in Mitten des 15. Bezirks, direkt an einem charmanten, ruhigen Platz. Zum nächsten Café hat man es nicht weit, da es sich direkt unter der Wohnung befindet. Die Gegend zeichnet sich durch die nette Mischung an urigen alteingesessenen Wiener Wirtshäusern und neuen hippen Lokalen aus.
Durch die in 3 Minuten erreichbare U-Bahnstation Längenfeldgasse (U6 und U4), die einen superschnell in die Innenstadt bringt, ist man sehr gut angebunden. Die Buslinien 12A, 57A, N8 und N60 befinden sich ganz in der Nähe und bringen dich überall hin. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt‘s zahlreiche Geschäfte (Spar, Hofer, Billa, DM, Denns, Apotheke, Post, Banken etc.).
The apartment is located in the middle of
the 15th district, next to a charming, quiet court. The next café isn´t far as it is located directly
under the apartment. The
neighborhood is characterized by a nice mix of rustic, long-established Viennese taverns and new hip bars.
Due to the the underground station Längenfeldgasse (U6 and U4), which can be reached in 3 minutes and takes you to the city center very quickly, you´re very well connected. The bus routes
12A, 57A, N8 and N60 are very close by and will take you everywhere. There are numerous shops close by (Spar, Hofer, Billa, DM, Denns, pharmacy, post office, banks, etc.).
Zurzeit sind in der WG zwei Zimmer frei und wen du Lust auf neue Leute hast und Teil einer neuen Gemeisnachft zu werden ist dieses Zimmer bestimmt das richtige für dich.
Ein paar Facts zur WG: Wir Sabine 32 und Dennis 26 wohnen seit kurz zusammen und sind auf der Suche an zwei neuen Leuten.
Sabine: Ich komme ursprüglich aus der Steiermark und wohne, lebe, studiere, arbeite schon seit eingen Jahren in Wien. Ich hab bis jezt in drei verschiednene WGs gewohnt und es immer sehr genossen.
Dennis: Ich komme aus Deutschland und bin gerade selbst neu eingezogen. Ich studiere Theater, Film und Medien an der Uni Wien und bin daher sehr am kulturellen Leben in der Stadt interessiert.
Ein paar Gedanken zur WG: Gemeinsam ein wertschätzendes und humorvolles Zusammenleben zu schaffen ist was wir anbieten und suchen.
At the moment there are two rooms available in the flat share and if you want to meet new people and become part of a new community, this room is definitely the right one for you.
A few facts abouts us: We Sabine 32 and Dennis 26 have been living together for a short time and are looking for two new people.
Sabine: I am originally from Styria and have been living, studying and working in Vienna for a number of years. I have lived in three different shared flats and have always enjoyed it very much.
Dennis: I'm from Germany and just moved in myself. I'm studying theatre, film and media at the University of Vienna and am therefore very interested in the city's cultural life.
A few thoughts on the WG: Creating an appreciative and humorous coexistence is what we offer and seek.
