Both of my flatmates have recently moved to a more rural area, I am therefore searching for two new soulmates !

My name is Arnaud, I come from the south of France, and even though I've been living in Vienna for 2 years now the flat still smells of thyme and rosemary.
I am an audio engineer (I design microphones and audio stuff); I'm uite devoted to my job but I try to do a lot of things beside it like playing music with my friends (guitar, bass, banjo, harmonica, whatever), going out to concerts, piling up old objects in my room, repairing some HiFi devices and collecting records. To speak about my temper, I would describe myself as quiet extrovert. Regarding languages, I speak Italian, English, French and a little bit of German.
So far, interactions between flatmates haven’t been the most intense in this flat, that's why I am looking for people that will also like to share daily moments. Generally, it is also great if there are people in the flat who are sources of inspiration for each other !

ROOM-------------------------------------------------------
The room is about 25m2 + in top condition. It is very bright with two windows facing the east side. Patrick lived in it for two years and also repaint the walls and ceilings. You can also keep Patrick´s mattress that is top condition (but you don´t have to !)
The cost is all-inclusive (WLAN, Gas, Electricity,...). The flat itself is consisting three bedrooms, a storeroom, an anteroom and a cellar compartment. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven and washing machine. The bathroom (with bathtub) & toilet are separate.

The Location is near the subway stations Burggase (U6) and Schweglerstrasse (U3). Everything you need is in walking distance nearby (Supermarkets, Bars, Indoor Swimming Pool, Libary)
Close to the house you have the beautiful garden Schmelz and there are also a bunch of weekend-markets in the district.
You can also reach by foot the bars on the Gürtel, which I personally like a lot for there concerts !
As this is a new start I'm quite open to different ways of organizing the life in the WG (concerning cleaning plans, sharing some costs etc)
On weekend I sometimes have people around and we listen to records but rooms are rather well isolated so in case that you don't feel like joining it shouldn't disturb you.
The dates are flexible to move in, as the room is already free !
