Hallihallo,
da ich für ein halbes Jahr im Ausland studieren werde, suche ich jemanden zur Zwischenmiete in unserer wunderbaren 2er-WG :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines Wiener Altbaus und ist vor zwei Jahren komplett saniert worden. Die Deckenbalken aus Holz, die vielen Fenster, unsere Pflanzen und die ruhige Lage machen die Wohnung zu einer richtigen Wohlfühloase. Sie verfügt über zwei separate Schlafzimmer, einen großen Wohn- & Essbereich, eine schöne Küche, Bad und Klo.
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, mit geräumigem Kleiderschrank, Boxspringbett und großem Schreibtisch.
Als Highlight zählt wahrscheinlich unsere Dachterrasse, mit direktem Zugang über ein Dachfenster im Wohnzimmer :)

Hi everyone,
Since I am going to study abroad for half a year, I am looking for someone who wants to move in our shared flat in Vienna for the winter term :)
The apartment is located in the very top part of an old Viennese building and has been completely renovated two years ago. It has two separate bedrooms, a large living & dining area, a beautiful kitchen, bathroom and toilet.
The bright bedroom is completely furnished with a spacious wardrobe, a box spring bed and a large desk.
The private roof terrace is probably the highlight of the flat and a fancy breakfast or movie night spot :)
Die Wohnung liegt in einer Querstraße zur äußeren Mariahilferstraße und ist somit super mit den Öffis zu erreichen:
- Straßenbahnlinien 52 und 60 (5 min)
- Westbahnhof inkl. U-Bahnlinien U3 und U6 (10 min)
- Buslinie 12A (1 min)
In 5 Minuten Gehdistanz sind zudem Spar, Billa, Apotheke, Arzt, Schwendermarkt und süße Cafés :)
Ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar sind:
- Schloss Schönbrunn
- Stadthalle
- U4 & Travel Shack zum Feierngehen
- Secondhand Läden
- Wild im West (sehr nice daydrinking Location mit Flohmärkten und Special Events jedes Wochenende)
- Pizzeria Mafiosi (die wohl günstigste Pizza Wiens, ideal auch wenn zum Monatsende das Budget schon bisschen knapp wird und man trotzdem Lust auf gute Pizza hat ;))

The apartment is located in a side-street to the outer Mariahilferstraße and is therefore great to reach with public transport:
- tram lines 52 and 60 (5 min)
- train station incl. underground lines U3 und U6 (10 min)
- bus line 12A (1 min)
In 5 minutes walking distance there are also grocery markets, a pharmacy, a doctor, a market place and sweet cafés :)
Also within walking distance are:
- Schloss Schönbrunn
- City Hall
- U4 & Travel Shack to party
- Secondhand shops
- Wild in the West (very nice daydrinking location with flea markets and special events every weekend)
- Pizzeria Mafiosi (probably the cheapest pizza in Vienna, perfect for a student‘s budget ;))
Und nun noch ein paar Worte zu meiner wundervollen Mitbewohnerin Elli (22):
Tagsüber ist Elli meist in den Bibliotheken Wiens anzutreffen, wo sie fleißig für ihr Medizinstudium lernt, die Abende und Wochenenden werden dafür oft für gemeinsame WG-Aktivitäten genutzt. Gekocht wird fast immer gemeinsam & I can promise, Elli‘s kitchen skills are on fire ;) Egal ob Fitnessstudio, wandern oder Yoga, Elli ist für eine Sportsession immer zu haben, genauso wie für einen gemütlichen WG-Abend in der Wohnung, Dosenbier im Park oder eine lange Partynacht im Club.
Worauf wir in unserer WG auch viel Wert legen, ist ehrliche und offene Kommunikation und Sauberkeit :)

Now a few words about my wonderful flatmate Elli (22):
During the day, Elli can usually be found in the libraries of Vienna, where she is diligently studying for her medical studies, while the evenings and weekends are often spent for shared activities. We often cook together and I can promise, Elli’s kitchen skills are on fire ;)
Furthermore, Elli is always down for a sports session, whether it’s gym, hiking or yoga. In the evenings, she likes to spend time with friends at the park, go out or enjoy a cozy movie night at home.
Moreover, we pay close attention to an honest and open communication and cleanliness :)
Das Zimmer ist grundsätzlich ab Oktober verfügbar, kann aber auch schon früher bezogen werden.
Wenn du nun Lust bekommen hast, für ein paar Monate hier einzuziehen, dann melde dich doch gerne bei mir und erzähl uns auch kurz von dir :)
