Das 13m² große und gemütliche Zimmer liegt in Richtung Seitenstraße der Camillo-Sitte-Gasse. Das Zimmer ist Richtung Norden ausgerichtet, daher ist es jetzt in den Sommermonaten trotzdem angenehm kühl. Durch die Lage im 4. Stock ist es außerdem sehr hell.
Da wir gerade erst in die Wohnung eingezogen sind, gibt es noch keinen Kleiderschrank auf dem Bild, das wird sich bevor du einziehst aber noch ändern. Ansonsten gibt es ein Bett, eine Kommode, einen Schreibtisch und einen gemütlichen Sessel.

We have just moved freshly in our new apartment and would have two rooms for the summer (July and August) for interim rent. My room is 13 m², is will be equipped with bed, closet, desk, sofa and chair.
Die Wohnung ist zentral zwischen der U6 Burggasse und auf der Schmelz gelegen. Westbahnhof, Brunnenmarkt/Yppenplatz, Nibelungenviertel, Schönbrunn und der 7./8. Bezirk mit vielen Cafés und Bars sind innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit dem Rad erreichbar. Supermärkte (Billa, Spar, Hofer) sind gleich ums Eck. Vor der Haustür fährt die 9er Bim und der 48A Bus. Zur U6 und U3 (Schweglerstraße) kommt man in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß.

The apartment is located in a central area in the 15th district close to the 16th and the 7th district where you can find a lot of bars, cafés and restaurants. The public connection is given by the U3 Schweglerstraße (10 minutes), the U6 Burggasse (15 minutes) and various streetcar lines (0-5 minutes). Supermarkets and street markets are also within walking distance. Towards the west you are also super fast in the green. The apartment also has a nice small communal garden in the courtyard, which can be used in many ways.
In der WG werden im Sommer Philipp (28) und Kandi (24) leben, sowie eine weitere Person zur Zwischenmiete. Philipp und Kandi studieren beide Raumplanung an der TU Wien und sind immer für lustige Aktivitäten zu haben.
Grundsätzlich herrscht bei uns in der WG ein sehr freundlicher Umgang, wir teilen unsere Aufgaben, Probleme und unser Essen solidarisch und nutzen auch unsere Zimmer sehr flexibel. Philipps Zimmer ist gleichzeitig ein Wohnzimmer, in dem sich alle gerne aufhalten und chillen dürfen. Wir haben gerne Freund*innen zu Besuch, diskutieren aktuelle politische Debatten, gehen gemeinsam zu Veranstaltungen oder einfach nur in Bars. Trotzdem gibt es auch genügend Raum zur Zurückziehen und es können auch gerne Abende alleine verbracht werden.
Wir legen Wert auf einen achtsamen Umgang miteinander und mit unserem Umfeld und leben vegetarisch / vegan.

Philipp (28) and Kandi (24) will live in the shared flat in the summer, as well as one other person for interim rent. Philipp and Kandi are both studying spatial planning at the Vienna University of Technology.
Basically, there is a very friendly atmosphere in our shared flat, we share our tasks, problems and food in solidarity and also use our rooms very flexibly. Philipps room has also the function of a living room where everyone is invited to chill. We like to have friends over, discuss current political debates, go to events together or just to bars. Nevertheless, there is also enough space to withdraw and evenings can be spent alone.
We attach importance to a mindful interaction with each other and with our environment and live vegetarian / vegan.
Sonst gibt es in der Wohnung noch eine große Küche mit Esstisch, einen großen Flur, einen Abstellraum, ein Bad (mit Badewanne) und eine seperate Toilette.
Wir würden uns jedenfalls freuen, wenn du dich bei Interesse meldest und wir dich dann auf persönlichem oder virtuellem Weg kennenlernen können.
