Hallo liebe WG-Suchende!
Bei uns werden zwei Zimmer frei. Diese Anzeige ist für das etwas größere Zimmer mit 13m².
Das andere Zimmer mit 12m² ist hier verlinkt: https://www.wg-gesucht.de/9080268.html
Die Wohnung ist sanierter Altbau und im 2. Stock mit Aufzug. Das Zimmer hat zwei große Fenster und ist somit echt hell und die Sonne lässt sich Vormittags blicken :) Der Schnitt des Zimmers ist auch echt gut, da es fast quadratisch ist und man somit viele Möglichkeiten hat es richtig gut einzurichten.
Das Zimmer ist ab dem 1.11.2022 frei, wenn du aber etwas früher rein musst lässt sich da bestimmt eine Lösung finden :)
Über Möbelübernahme können wir dann noch sprechen.

We have two rooms available. This ad is for the slightly larger room with 13m².
The other room with 12m² is linked here:
The apartment is renovated old building and on the 2nd floor with elevator. The room has two large windows and is therefore really bright and the sun can be seen in the morning :) The cut of the room is also really good, because it is almost square and you have many possibilities to furnish it really well.
The room is free from 1.11.2022, but if you have to go in a little earlier can certainly find a solution :)
About furniture takeover we can then still talk.

Parks: Auer-Welsbach-Park, Schönbrunn, Lainzer Tiergarten, Steinhofgründe
Als aufstrebender (und gentrifizierungs-motivierter) Bezirk hat der 15. zudem einige coole Beisln zu bieten: Augustin, Velobis oder Landkind!

Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind:
Erika: Sie ist unsere Hauptorganisatorin, interessiert sich für Klimaökonomie und ökologische Landwirtschaft, liebt backen, outdoor sports und Keramik. Sie ist gern mit dem Fahrradunterwegs.
Albert: Er ist vor einen Jahr nach Wien gezogen, um seinen Postdoc in Mathematik an der Tu Wien zu machen. Davor hat er drei Jahre in Dresden sein PhD absolviert. Er ist noch etwas unsicher in der deutschen Sprache, aber übt fleißig. Er liebt Sport sehr, vor allem Fußball und vor kurzem hat er seine große Leidenschaft Bouldern entdeckt.
Uns ist es wichtig, mit Menschen zusammenzuleben, die großen Wert auf soziale und ökologische Mitwelt legen.
Unser kleine schnucklige Balkon wurde immer von allen genutzt.

Your future roommates are:
Erika: She is our main organizer, interested in climate economics and organic farming, loves baking, outdoor sports and ceramics. She likes to ride her bike.
Albert: He moved to Vienna a year ago to do his postdoc in mathematics at Tu Wien. Before that he did his PhD in Dresden for three years. He is still a bit unsure of the German language, but is practicing hard. He loves sports very much, especially soccer and recently he discovered his great passion bouldering.
It is important for us to live together with people who attach great importance to social and ecological coexistence.
Our little balcony was always used by everyone.
Zu bieten: Eine offene Küche mit allem was man so braucht (Spülmaschine!!!!!Yes!! :D )
Wir haben einen kleinen Balkon (von großen Zimmer zugänglich), zwei Klos (uff auch echt Luxus!:D), sowie ein geräumiges Badezimmer mit Dusche, Badewanne, zwei Waschbecken und Waschmaschine :)

We have a small balcony (accessible from large room), two toilets (uff also really luxury!:D), as well as a spacious bathroom with shower, bathtub, two sinks and washing machine :)
