Ich werde ich mein Zimmer untervermieten. Ich bin flexibel, anbieten kann ich frühstens ab dem 01.04.2024 und voraussichtlich bis spätestens zum 01.10.2024.
Das Zimmer ist etwas kleiner (12-13qm), aber voll eingerichtet und befindet sich direkt neben dem Wohnzimmer, das mit 20qm sehr groß ist und als Gemeinschaftsfläche fungiert. Bad und Toilette sind in 2 Räume aufgeteilt und befinden sich beide in der Wohnung. Im Bad ist noch unsere Waschmaschine angeschlossen. Die Küche ist etwas kleiner, der Herd hat nur 2 Kochflächen, aber zum gewöhnlichen Kochen reicht es allemal.
Da ich ja wieder komme, werde ich einige Sachen hier in Wien lassen. Das Zimmer ist jedoch sehr hoch, weshalb ich es auf den Schrank stellen kann, wo es niemandem stört oder auffällt. Gegenstände des alltäglichen Gebrauches kannst du natürlich verwenden.

I will be subletting my room. I am flexible, I can offer from 01.04.2024 at the earliest and probably until 01.10.2024 at the latest.
The room is a bit smaller (12-13sqm), but fully furnished and is located right next to the living room, which is very large at 20sqm and functions as a common area. The bathroom and toilet are divided into 2 rooms and are both located in the apartment. Our washing machine is also connected in the bathroom. The kitchen is a bit smaller, the stove only has 2 hotplates, but it's enough for normal cooking.
As I am coming back, I will leave some things here in Vienna. However, the room is very high, so I can put it on the cupboard where it won't bother anyone or be noticed. You can of course use everyday items.
Die Gesamtlage ist sehr gut: 1 Minute entfernt von der Straßenbahnlinie 2 (Station Brunnengasse), 2-3min entfernt von der U-Bahnstation Josefstädter Straße (U6) und 3-4min von der Straßenbahnlinie 46. Zu Fuß ins Zentrum (Rathaus, Votivkirche) sind es 15-20min.
Direkt um die Ecke ist der Brunnenmarkt, wo man täglich günstig frisch einkaufen kann. Supermärkte sind zu Fuß 2min entfernt. Ansonsten ist es bis ins Zentrum auch nicht weit weg.

The overall location is very good: 1 minute away from the streetcar line 2 (station Brunnengasse), 2-3min away from the subway station Josefstädter Straße (U6) and 3-4min away from the streetcar line 46. 15-20min walk to the center (city hall, Votivkirche).
Just around the corner is the Brunnenmarkt, where you can buy fresh groceries every day. Supermarkets are a 2-minute walk away. Otherwise it is also not far to the center.
Mein Mitbewohner Chris ist ein angenehmer Mitbewohner mit dem man sich sehr gut unterhalten kann und der einen nicht selten mit seinen abenteuerlichen Kochexperimenten freudig überrascht. Er arbeitet im Moment in Wien und geht daher nicht viel aus, dafür ist es immer herzlich mit ihm innerhalb der Wohnung. Er wird weiter in der Wohnung bleiben, weshalb ihr auch vorher miteinander reden/telefonieren solltet, um zu schauen, ob es auch für ihn passt.

He's currently working in Vienna and therefore doesn't go out much, but he's always very friendly in the apartment. He will be staying in the apartment, so you should talk to each other/phone beforehand to see if it's suitable for him.
