Mein Mitbewohner ist um Juli einen Monat im Urlaub und sucht daher jemanden für die Zwischenmiete. Das Zimmer ist groß und hell mit einem Baum direkt vor dem Fenster. Es liegt straßenseitig, die Straße ist aber relativ ruhig.
My flatmate is on holiday for the whole of july and is subleasing his room. The room is big and bright, with a tree directly in front of the window. It faces the street, which is however relatively quiet.
Die Wohnung liegt in Ottakring in der Nähe von der Schmelz. Die Buslinie 48A und die Straßenbahn 46 sind direkt in der Nähe, die U3 ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Yppenplatz und Brunnenmarkt sind zu Fuß oder öffentlich schnell erreichbar.
The flat is located in Ottakring, near the Schmelz. The bus 48A and the tram 46 are nearby, the U3 is a 10 minute walk away. Yppenplatz and Brunnenmarkt are within walking distance (or with public transport).
Es handelt sich um eine 2er-Wg, auch bewohnt von Muriel (w) 23, Literaturstudentin. Es gibt eine ausgestattete Küche, einen Essbereich, ein Vorzimmer das auch als Sonnenbank dient und ein Arbeitszimmer. Da wir vor kurzem erst eingezogen sind ist die Wohnung noch nicht vollständig ausgestattet, das wichtigste ist aber vorhanden.
This is a shared apartment for 2 people. The other person living there is Muriel (f), 23, literature student. There's a kitchen, an eating area, a hallway also being used as a sunbed and a study. Because we only moved in recently the flat is not equipped fully, but everything necessary is there.
Flinta-Personen werden etwas bevorzugt, ist aber kein Muss. Wichtig ist vor allem, dass man aufeinander Rücksicht nimmt. Jegliche vorm von Diskriminierung wird nicht toleriert.
I would prefer another woman, but it is not a must. Important is to be considerate of the other person. Any form of discrimination will not be tolerated.
