Die Wohnung liegt im 16. Bezirk, direkt an der Grenze zum 17. Bezirk. Eingebettet zwischen Manner Schokoladenfabrik und Ottakringer Brauerei nahe Johann Nepomuk-Berger Platz. Yppenplatz in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Beisl/ Lokal „das Jetzt“ in 10 Minuten.

Gute Infrastruktur – Straßenbahn 2er, 44er und 9er in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Gegenüber ist eine Tankstelle mit kleinem Shop, große Lebensmittelketten (SPAR, Billa Plus, Lidl) sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. WC/Bad (Wanne mit Dusche) getrennt.

Generell bist du innerhalb von 25 Min (Öffi oder mit dem Rad) im Wienerwald oder im Zentrum am Stephansplatz oder am Donaukanal.

Good infrastructure - tram 2, 44 and 9 within 5 minutes walking distance. Opposite is a gas station with a small store, large grocery chains (SPAR, Billa Plus, Lidl) are within 10 minutes walking distance. Separate WC/bathroom (bath with tub and shower).

In general, you are within 25 minutes (public transport or by bike) in the Vienna Woods or at the city center at Stephansplatz or on the Donaukanal.

Ich bin Doris, deine Mitbewohnerin, Ur-Wienerin - hier ums Eck geboren, zur Schule gegangen, etc...:). Ich studiere derzeit an der TU und bin nebenbei auch berufstätig und übernachte auch hin und wieder bei meinem Partner in der Wohnung, d.h. da hast du die Wohnung für dich allein. Ich Ich bin gerne offen für ein 2 wöchentliches WG- Abendessen oder ein Bierchen hin und wieder - muss aber nicht- passt auch wenn du nicht so gerne socialized. Also vieles kann - wenig muss :) Ich fahre gerne Rad und schraube auch hin und wieder an Rädern herum, deshalb steht auch eine Werkbank mehr oder weniger im Wohnzimmer.
Ich habe auch ein Solarmodul auf meiner Loggia, d.h. ein Teil des Stroms den wir benutzen ist grün.
Da ich hier selbst Wohne, kannst du selbstverständlich auch auch alles mitbenützen, Werkbank, gut ausgestattete Küche, Staubsauger,....
Die Wohnung liegt im 4ten Stock (mit Lift) und es ist ein ebenerdiger Fahrradstellplatz im Haus vorhanden.

I am Doris, your roommate, a native Viennese - born around the corner, went to school here, etc...:). I am a student at the TU and working and sometimes stay with my partner in his apartment i.e. sometimes you have the apartment to yourself. I'm open to having dinner shared every two weeks, or go for a drink sometime - but it's not a must, if you don't like socializing to much. I like cycling and occasionally work on bikes, which is why I have a workbench more or less in my living room.
I also have a solar panel on my loggia, which means that some of the electricity we use is green.
Since I live here myself, you can of course also use everything, workbench, well equipped kitchen , vacuum cleaner, ....
So a lot can - little must :)

The flat is situated on the 4th floor and there is a possibility to leave a bike in a locked room in the house on ground floor.
