From now onwards there is 1 beautiful and fully furnished room available in newly renovated shared student apartements in the 16th district, in Menzelgasse. There are 5 bedrooms in total. The U6 stop Thaliastraße and the 46 tram station Brunnengasse are just 1 walking minute away. You will also find a lot of shops, restaurants and the Brunnenmarkt close by.
The room is furnished with a single bes (including pillow and blanket), a wardrobe, a desk and a chair. There is a beautiful new, equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and an extra toilet.
The room costs € 410 including internet, heating and electricity per month.
The deposit is 2 months rent.
No smoking and no pets allowed
The contract is for 3 years, but can be cancelled after a minimum stay of 12 months at the end of February, August or September within a 2-months notice.

Ab sofort steht ein wunderschönes, komplett eingerichtetes Zimmer in einer neu renovierten Studentenwohnungen im 16. Bezirk in der Menzelgasse zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 5 Zimmer. Die U6-Haltestelle Thaliastraße und die 46er Straßenbahnhaltestelle Brunnengasse sind nur 1 Gehminute entfernt. In der Nähe finden Sie auch viele Geschäfte, Restaurants und den Brunnenmarkt.
Das Zimmer ist mit einem Einzelbett (inkl. Polster und Decke), einem Kleiderschrank, einem Schreibtisch und einem Stuhl ausgestattet. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine wunderschöne neue und voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und eine extra Toilette.
Das WG-Zimmer kostet 410€ inklusive Internet, Heizung und Strom pro Monat.
Die Kaution beträgt 2 Monatsmieten.
Rauchen ist in der gesamten Wohnungen nicht gestattet und es dürfen keine Haustiere gehalten werden.
Der Vertrag hat eine Laufzeit von 3 Jahren, kann aber nach einem Mindestvertragsdauer von 12 Monaten mit Ende Februar, August oder September unter Einhaltung einer Kündigungsfrist von 2 Monaten aufgekündigt werden.

All rooms are still available, so we are happy about groups of friends who would like to move in together!
