Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock und das nach Osten ausgerichtete Wohnzimmer erstrahlt in der Morgensonne, ebenso wie die Fenster in den Zimmern (Südrichtung). Die Fenster sind komplett verdunkelbar und verfügen zusätzlich über ein Fliegengitter (ideal im Sommer!). Die gesamte Wohnfläche von 110 m2 umfasst ein großes Wohnzimmer, einen kleinen Balkon, eine Küche (ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Backofen und Mikrowelle), zwei Badezimmer (eines nur von einem Zimmer aus begehbar), zwei Toiletten und einen Abstellraum. Weiters gibt es einen Fahrradabstellraum und ein eigenes Kellerabteil.

The apartment is on the 1st floor, and the east-facing living room is bright in the morning sun, as is the window in your room. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe vom Gürtel mit ganz vielen verschiedenen Straßenbahnen und der U6.
Von Spar, Billa, Penny bis auf Lidl und Hofer hat man eine riesige Auswahl zum Lebensmitteleinkauf innerhalb 5-10 Minuten, Billa Plus und Interspar got your back, wenn deine Einkaufsliste besonders lange geworden ist (10 bis 15 Minuten). Post, Drogerie, Apotheke, Eineuroshops usw. sind auch in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Der Charme des Viertels liegt auf dem Yppenplatz und dem angrenzenden Brunnenmarkt, die wenige Minuten entfernt sind. Neben den Marktständen gibt es zahlreiche hübsche Cafés und Restaurants, die an sonnigen Tagen Menschen aus der ganzen Stadt anziehen.

The apartment is near the Gürtel with many different trams and the U6 subway closeby.
From Spar, Billa, and Penny, to Lidl and Hofer, you have a huge selection for grocery shopping, all within 5-10 minutes. If you have a particularly long list, Billa Plus and Interspar have your back (10 to 15 minutes walk). The post office, drugstore, pharmacy, etc. can also be reached in a few minutes. The main building of the University of Vienna or the Schmelz can be reached via walking in around 20 minutes.
The charm of the district lies in the Yppenplatz and the adjacent Brunnenmarkt, which are 2 minutes away. In addition to the market stalls, there are numerous lovely cafes and restaurants that attract people from all over the city on a sunny day. :)
