Die Wohnung liegt im 16. Bezirk von Wien, Ottakring. Die U-Bahn-Station Ottakring (U3) ist in unmittelbarer Nähe sowie unzählige Straßenbahnen und Busse, wodurch du schnell und bequem ins Stadtzentrum gelangst. In der Umgebung findest du zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Restaurants.
Die Wohnung besitzt eine Küche ein Bad und Toilette. Ein Geschirrspüler ist vorhanden und die Waschmaschinen im Treppen haus sind kostenlos verfügbar . Ein Fahrradabstellplatz im Hof kann mitbenutzt werden.
Dein Mitbewohner ist 20 Jahre alt, freundlich und studiert. Er sucht jemanden, der ebenfalls freundlich und gesellig ist und offen für ein freundliches Gespräch in der Küche ist.
Im September kann der Vertrag der Wohnung Verlängert werden wen man das möchte.
