In unserer Wohnung wird ein Zimmer (9qm+4qm Vorraum) ab Ende August frei! Da unser Mietvertrag ausläuft und leider nicht verlängert werden kann, müssen wir die Wohnung am 01.03.2022 schweren Herzens verlassen. Das Zimmer hat 9m² und ist durch das Wohnzimmer begehbar. Es hat schönes Fischgrätenparkett, Süd-Fenster in den Innenhof und ist quasi voll möbliert, außerdem hat es ein Hochbett eingebaut. Das Zimmer ist zwar recht klein, aber davor befindet sich ein kleiner Vorraum, durch den man noch ein Zimmer erreicht und den du als Stauraum nutzen kannst. Für Hochbett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderkasten und Regal hätte Conni (die davor hier gelebt hat) gerne 100€ Ablöse.
Zudem verfügt unsere Wohnung neben deinem Zimmer+Vorraum über einen langen Flur mit reichlich Pflanzen, einem Badezimmer, einer Küche die keine Wünsche offen lässt, ein ebenso gut bepflanztes Wohnzimmer zum gemeinsamen Abhängen und natürlich die drei anderen Zimmer deiner neuen Mitbewohner*innen.

In our cozy flat in the 16th district will be a room available from 30.08.2021 to 01.03.2022 because our rent contract expires. The room has 9sqm, there's a loft bed in it, so you can kind of regard it as approximately 12 sqm. Also there's this smaller room (4sqm) in between the room and the living room with a book shelf and a wardrobe, which would be just for your stuff. Also the desk in the room is available. For all that stuff, Conni (who will be moving out) would like to have around 100€ compensation. If you find that too much, then she might be willing to discuss this.
Besides your new room, there is a hallway with loads of plants, a nice kitchen, a bathroom and also a quite plant-rich living room for chilling together.
Die Wohnung liegt 5 min von der U6 Station Thaliastraße entfernt. Fast direkt vor der Tür ist die 46er Bim, außerdem sind die Straßenbahnlinien 2 und 9 in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zur Hauptuni und BOKU braucht man jeweils ca. 20min. Zum Yppenplatz und zum Gürtel (Kramladen, rhiz, etc) geht man ca. 8 Minuten. Spar und Billa sind gleich um die Ecke.

The flat is located just 5 min from the U6 metro station Thaliastraße. Right in front of the house you find a tram station for the line 46 going to the Ring in the city center; in close walking distance you can also catch the trams 2 and 9. It takes about 20 min to get to the University of Vienna and BOKU. In close walking distance there is also the very hip Yppenplatz (great for hanging out and do some people watching, playing table tennis or getting a drink/coffee in one of the many cafés and restaurants), the Brunnenmarkt and the Gürtel with loads of alternative bars (Kramladen, Rhiz, Chelsea, etc). Right around the corner you also find some supermarkets.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner werden :
Richie (26), schreibt gerade an seiner Masterarbeit in Computational Sciences und spielt gerne Bass (natürlich mit Rücksicht auf seine Umgebung)

Eva (26) schreibt gerade ihre Doktorarbeit an der Germanistik, geht gerne wandern und hat eine eineiige Zwillingsschwester
&
Erik (28) kommt aus Dänemark, arbeitet bald als Software Developer und zieht Anfang August bei uns ein
Conni (25) geht Anfang September nach Tel Aviv für einen Freiwilligendienst und zieht deshalb leider bei uns aus.
Wir wünschen uns eine gemütliche und unkomplizierte WG, in der man sich zuhause fühlt und wo nicht jeder seine eigene Suppe kocht – es ist uns aber auch wichtig, dass jeder seine Rückzugsmöglichkeit hat und Rücksicht aufeinander genommen wird.
Wir sind eher keine Party-WG, ein- zweimal im Jahr gibt's aber eine große Wohnungsparty.
Wir verfügen seit längerem über einen Putzplan, der ganz gut funktioniert, Sauberkeit und Ordnung sind uns in der WG sehr wichtig!
Grundlegendes kaufen wir für die Gemeinschaft (Grundnahrungsmittel, Klopapier, Putzmittel,... ), wobei wir nicht abrechnen, sondern der oder die der etwas sieht was leer ist, das einfach nachkauft.
In der Wohnung gibt's auch ein Wohnzimmer wo meistens wer anzutreffen ist, wenn man gern Gesellschaft hat und wo wir gemeinsam oder allein essen, spielen, lernen, Pflanzen züchten, ...

Richi works at the TU Vienna, studies computational science and likes to play bass (sometimes loudly but of course not during the night and with respect to his flatmates).
Eva studies literature, likes to hike and go bouldering and has a monozygotic twin sister.
Erik will be moving into the flat in August when he moves to Vienna to work as a software developer. He is from Denmark and interested in politics.
Conny(25) will be leaving the flat in the beginning of September for making voluntary work in Tel Aviv.
We like to have an uncomplicated, comfy atmosphere in our shared flat where everyone can feel at home. We've also got a living room where you can usually find company and where we eat, play board games, study, care for our houseplants,… We wouldn't call ourselves a party flat but we do try to have a big house party once or twice a year :)
We have a cleaning plan which works quite well, and cleanness and some order are quite important to us.
We share basic household stuff and food (like cleaning stuff, toilet paper, milk, oil, spices, etc.). We do not precisely account for that, but just buy whatever is missing and try to keep expenses balanced.
We also have a living room, where chances are high to meet somebody. We eat there alone or together, play games, learn and study and cultivate plants.
In Anbetracht der aktuellen Lage mit dem Coronavirus ist es uns auch wichtig, dass du verantwortungsvoll mit der Situation umgehst und die Maßnahmen mitträgst.
