Dein Zimmer ist ca. 12m^2 groß und schaut Richtung Innenhof, deshalb ist es sehr ruhig. Die Sonne scheint nicht direkt herein, aber es ist trotzdem sehr hell und gemütlich.
Wir sind im 4. Stock in einem Neubau.
Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert (Ablöse dafür wäre 400).
Miete beträgt insgesamt 330 Euro und es ist schon alles inklusiv (Internet, Strom)
Your room is about 12 sqm and is placed towards the inner yard, therefore it is very calm. There is no direct sunlight in the room, but it is still very bright and cosy.
The flat is on the 4th floor of a relatively new building.
The room is fully furnished
The rent is 330 euros overall, including internet and electricity.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße in Ottakring.
Quasi direkt vor der Haustür fährt der Bus 10A. 5 Gehminuten entfernt liegt die Straßenbahn 43, mit der du direkt zum Schottentor kommst. Auch Straßbahnlinie 2 ist nicht weit weg. 5 min in die andere Richtung gibt es auch noch die S Bahn 45 mit der du Richtung Hütteldorf oder Heiligenstadt kommst.
Es gibt genügend Geschäfter in der Nähe: Billa, Hofer, Lidl, Spar, Bipa, Libro, Mömax.......
Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich der Kongresspark, wo es auch ein Freibad gibt. Mit dem Bus 10A bist du auch im Nu beim Türkenschankpark.
The flat is located in a quiet area in Ottakring.
The bus 10A is very close. The tram line 43 is also only a 5 minute walk away and goes directly to Schottentor. Also tram line 2 is not far away. It's a 5 minute walk to the S-Bahn 45 which takes you to Hütteldorf or Heiligenstadt.
There are loads of shops nearby: Billa, Hofer, Lidl, Spar, Bipa, Libro, Mömax......
There is also a park very close (Kongresspark), where there is a public pool for the summer. And if you take the bus 10A you are very quickly at Türkenschanzpark.
wir sind eine fröhliche Mädelz WG. Uns liegt das WG-Leben am Herzen, dh. wir sind wie eine kleine Familie füreinander. Jeder hat natürlich seine Privatsphäre aber man trifft sich in der Küche zum Essen, Kochen, Quatschen, Singen, Blödeln......
wir legen Wert auf einen freundlichen Umgang miteinander und auch Sauberkeit ist uns wichtig.
Cecilia: sie arbeitet als Dolmetscherin/Übersetzerin/Lehrerin (Italienisch, Deutsch, Englisch). Manchmal im Home office und manchmal ist sie in Wien unterwegs. Sie freut sich immer über Kaffeepausen zwischendurch oder abends gemeinsam essen oder kochen. Sie ist die gute Seele in der WG und hat immer ein offenes Ohr für dich. Solange du nicht Ananas auf deine Pizza legst, hast du keine Probleme mit ihr =P
Sandra: studiert Linguistik auf der Uni Wien. Sie ist voll lieb und unternimmt immer gern coole Aktivitäten in Wien und ist immer aktiv auf der Suche, was man alles unternehmen kann. Mit ihr wird es bestimmt nicht langweilig.
Durch die Corona Zeit sind wir noch enger zusammengewachsen, deshalb ist uns wichtig, dass DU ebenfalls mit uns auf der gleichen Wellenlinie bist. Wenn du glaubst du passt dazu, dann schreib uns einfach und erzähl uns kurz was über dich.
