Es ist eine 4er WG. Jeder hat sein eigens Zimmer. Es gibt eine vollausgestattete Küche, ein Badezimmer und ein separates WC. Das Zimmer hat 2 große Fenster, somit ist es ziemlich hell.
Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und eine Mikrowelle was ziemlich hilfreich ist bei einer WG :)
Die Decken sind sehr hoch und man hört fast gar nichts, da die Wände sehr dick sind.
Lage
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und ist typisch altbaumäßig mit schönen hohen Räumen. Es sind sehr viele Geschäfte im näheren Umkreis und die Anbindungen sind super (S-Bahn, U-Bahn, Bim). Die Wohnung ist nicht einmal 5 min von der U3 Station Ottakring entfernt und somit nur 10 min bis zur Mahü bzw 15 min bis zum Stephansplatz. Die Gegen ist sehr ruhig und man ist gleich im Grünen. Jedes Zimmer hat seinen eigene Wärme-Regulierer. Geheizt wird mit Fußbodenheizung
Es ist eine sehr ruhige Gegend aber trotzdem kann man das Stadt Leben in vollen Zügen genießen :)
