Wir bieten ein etwa 10m² großes, gut geschnitten und beleuchtetes Zimmer in einer kleinen Erdgeschosswohnung im 16. Bezirk, dessen großes Fenster, zum bewahren der Privatsphäre teils mit blickdichter Folie versehen ist (diese kann bei Bedarf natürlich auch entfernt werden).
Die etwas unschönen Wände in den Bildern werden allerdings vor Ende des Monats noch ausgebessert.
Das Zimmer ist nicht möbliert, da im Laufe des Sommers allerdings mehrere Personen ausziehen werden können gegebenenfalls Möbelstücke, welche genau ist noch unklar, übernommen werden. Da viele Möbelstücke aus den geteilten Wohnzimmer- und Küchenbereichen mitgenommen werden, können diese ab August neu gestaltet werden.
The room 10m² big and well proportioned, with a big window allowing for natural light throughout the year. As the flat is situated on the ground floor, it is always somewhat cold, which is particularly nice during the summer. To ensure privacy, the lower half of the windows is covered in opague foil, which can be removed as needed.
The blemishes on the wall will be repaired before the end of the month.
While the room is not furnished, the furniture left behing by roommates leaving over the course of the summer can be used as needed. As much of the furnigure in shared areas, such as the living room and kitchen belong to them, and will thus be removed, these spaces can be redecorated beginning in august.
Over the course of the summer two further rooms, both 15m² can be taken over at a somewhat higher rent.
Zahlreiche öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (Straßenbahnlinien 2, 33, 5, 44, 46, U6 Josefstädterstraße) können von der WG aus in wenigen Gehminuten erreicht werden, man ist also schnell auf der Uni/FH, am Westbahnhof oder im Stadtzentrum.
Auch mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und andere Anlaufstellen des täglichen Lebens sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen - Billa, Penny, Hofer, Spar, Bipa, Apotheke, Post, Bäcker, Trafik, McDonalds, usw. und natürlich der Brunnenmarkt :-)
Der fünf Minuten entfernte Yppenplatz, welcher mit tollen Lokalen punkten kann, ist natürlich auch noch zu erwähnen. Ein super Ort, um Freunde zu treffen oder eben auch für einen 'WG-Ausflug'!
Several public transit options (tram 2, 33, 5, 44, 46 and the U6 station Josefstädterstraße) are only a few minutes walk from the flat, so that various universities, the city centre, or the train station can be reached quickly.
Supermarkets and other stores of daily need (Billa, Penny, Hofer, Spar, Bipa, pharmacy, bakery, McDonalds...), can also be reached within a few minutes walk, while the Brunnenmarkt is only a few steps from out door.
Only five minutes away is the Yppenplatz, which, with several nice Cafes and restaurant, is a wonderful place to hang out. Nearby bars, situated under the metro, also hold regular live music events and are great for a quick drink out in the evening.
Momentan leben drei Personen in dieser auf vier Bewohner ausgelegten WG, allerdings werden zwei der momentanen Mitbewohner jeweils Ende des Monates und Ende August ausziehen, wodurch sich eine Neugestaltung der WG anbietet.
Zurück bleibe ich, Marie, 24 Jahre alte Geschichtsstudentin an der Uni Wien. Ich bin ein eher zurückgezogener, und leiser Mensch, hoffe aber Mitbewohner:innen zu finden, die sich abends gerne auf ein Bier, oder auch etwas zu Essen zusammensetzten.
Organisatorisch bestehe ich auf das Erstellen eines Putzplanes nach euren Vorlieben, sowie gute Kommunikation im Bezug auf WG Angelegenheiten.
Gegeben der momentanen Wohnsituation freue ich mich natürlich auch, wen die neueingezogene Mitbewohner:in bei der Neubelegung der anderen zwei Zimmer mithilft. Vorschläge sind also durchaus willkommen :-)
Currently three people live in this flat laid out for four, whereby two plan to move out respectively at the end of this month and the end of August.
This leaves me, Marie, a 24 years old history Bachelor student at the UNI Wien. I am a quiet and private person hoping to find friendly roommates, who like to sit together for a drink or something to eat.
To assure a good living together I insist on the creation of a cleaning schedule as well as good communication concerning shared spaced.
I hope to find feminist, LGBT+ friendly people, who look forwards to the reinvention (for lack of better words) of this space.
