Hello, everyone!
I am giving away my room in a shared flat as I will move out at the end of June. The flat is shared with 2 other people who are working or doing internship. Also, flatmates are international, very nice and clean people, and I had a pleasent stay with both of them. There are 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 restroom, kitchen, and corridor in the flat. Moreover, the building has a garden and a common room.
The room is 12 square-meters and fully furnished with single bed with pillows, bed-side table, big wardrobe and a mirror, shelves, writing desk and a chair.
The flat is located in the 16th district, less than 10 minutes from the metro station Ottakring (U3). It is in a nice and calm area, and from here to the city center it is 20 minutes with the tram 44, that is next to the flat. All necessary shops are 3 to 5 minutes by feet around the flat (Lidl, Spar, Billa), and the open market of Ottakring is 6 minutes away!
Everything is in a great condition. The rent is really affordable - 330 euros a month (including all bills). The deposit is 900 euros. The only thing is that the agency asks for 150€ agency fees while signing the contract, but it is still okay as the rent is cheap!
