Die Wohnung selbst liegt im 4. Stock (mit Lift), im
Haus haben wir auch noch ein Kellerabteil und einen
Fahrradraum.
In der ganzen Wohnung ist es sehr ruhig, teilweise
liegt sie an der Straße (Nebenstraße, also nicht viel
Verkehr), teilweise am leicht grünen Innenhof.
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer hat 13m2, ist sehr hell,
zentral vom Flur aus begehbar. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, einen Teil der Möbel zu übernehmen. Und zwar: den Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch sowie die Regale an den Wänden.
Gemeinsam genutzt werden noch ein Badezimmer
und eine kleine Küche.

The entire apartment is very quiet, a part of it is on
the street side (just a side street, so not much traffic),
the other part on the inner courtyard.
Your room has 13mz, is very bright, accessible from
the hallway. There is the opportunity to keep part of the furniture, as the wardrobe, the desk and the shelves.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Brunnenmarkt, viele
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Spar, Penny, Hofer, DM, Bipa,
Trafik, Apotheke…..) sind in Gehweite und der
Yppenplatz liegt gleich ums Eck. Die U6 (Josefstädter
Straße) ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar, die 2er, 33er, 44er
und 46er ebenfalls in Gehweite.

are within walking distance and the Yppenplatz is just
around the corner. The U6 (Josefstädter Straße) can
be reached in 5 minutes, the lines 2, 33, 44 and 46 are
also within walking distance.
Samuel (25, studiert Soziale Arbeit) und Nina (24, studiert Anglophone literature und culture) leben derzeit in der Wohnung. Wir sind seit knapp einem Jahr zusammen.
Eigentlich sind wir eine 4er-WG, aber da unser Mitbewohner zieht, suchen wir für ihn gerade ebenfalls Ersatz. Die Suche läuft gerade noch, und wir hoffen dass wir jemanden finden der genauso gut zu uns passt!
Samuel interessiert sich für Politik, bouldert/seilklettert gerne und ist in Mario Kart (bisher) unschlagbar.
Nina ist US-Amerikanerin aus New York, wohnt seit März in Wien und ist gerade dabei Deutsch zu lernen. Sie liebt es zu lesen, zu kochen und zu versuchen, Samuel in Mario Kart zu schlagen.
Wir suchen eine Person, die Interesse an einem rücksichtsvollen, harmonischen Miteinander hat und idealerweise in unserem Alter ist. Aber im Grunde zählt nur, dass es einfach passt :)
Bei uns gibt es offiziell auch keinen Putzplan, aber im Alltag sorgen wir einfach dafür, dass alles ordentlich bleibt.

Samuel (26) and Nina (24, studies Anglophone literature and culture) are currently living in the apartment. We’ve been dating for just over a year.
Samuel is interested in politics, enjoys bouldering/rope climbing and is unbeatable (so far) in Mario Kart.
Nina is an American from New York, who just moved to Vienna last March and is just starting to learn German. She loves reading, cooking, and trying to beat Samuel in Mario Kart.
Since our other flatmates (we are actually four people in the flat) is moving, we are looking for someone to take her room as well. But that search is still ongoing.
We are looking for a person who is interested in a considerate, harmonious coexistence and is ideally around our age. But basically the only thing that matters is that it just fits :)
We also don’t officially have a cleaning plan, but in everyday life we simply make sure that everything stays clean.
Da wir mir Gas heizen und auch gerade Anbieter
gewechselt haben, sind die Nebenkosten nur ein
Richtwert und kann sich noch etwas (in beide Richtungen)
ändern.
We just have to re-register a few things such as gas
etc., which is why something could maybe SLIGHTLY
change with the additional costs.
