The room has about 24m2 and is bright, with high ceilings. There‘s a comfortable sleeping couch and a big desk.
It’s a rooftop flat, tree stairs up with no elevator. It has two bigger rooms with high ceilings, one of that would be yours, other one is my room. There’s a small but bright, daylight bathroom with shower, a cozy, well equipped kitchen and a storage room with a washing machine.
All windows have external sun shading.
The flat is located in the 16th district, between Ottakringer brewery and Yppenplatz where on Saturdays there’s always a farmers market.
Tram lines 2, 9, 44 and 46 are within 5min and U6 within 10min walking distance.
Grocery shops (Billa, Spar) and drugstore (Bipa) are around the corner.
I have some last exams to do and work in an architecture firm, so during the week I’m not at home much. I like to do sports (bouldering, gym and yoga occasionally) and I enjoy food and cooking. I’m vegan and while it’s not important to me what you enjoy to eat, I’d prefer it if there would be no meat in the kitchen.
I would appreciate open and honest communication and occasionally cooking or having coffee together. Otherwise I’m fine with each of us having their own life.
I’m renting the room from end of February till end of April, because I don’t need the extra space at the moment and I‘ll be away for 3 weeks at some point.
