Wir vermieten das Zimmer für die Monate Juli und/oder August. 17m2, sehr hell, Einrichtung: Wandschrank, Regal, Schlafcouch. Schreibtisch und Matratze können besorgt werden! Wir sind vor allem am Abend und an Wochenende daheim, unser großes Wohnzimmer kannst du natürlich gern auch zum chillen/lernen/arbeiten verwenden. Eine Katze lebt auch mit uns, für Personen, die allergisch sind, ist unsere Wohnung daher whs nicht so geeignet.

The room is only available in July and/or August. 17m2, very bright room. The room is furnished: Closet, Sleeping sofa and some shelves. We can get you a mattress and a desk if needed. We are usually mostly at home in the evening and on weekends. We have a cat, so if you're allergic our place might not be the best choice.
Wir wohnen mitten in Hernals, zu Fuß sind es keine 10 Minuten zum Yppenplatz. Mit der Bim oder mit dem Fahrrad ist man außerdem schnell auch aus der Stadt draußen und kann in Neuwaldegg laufen oder spazieren gehen. Im Zentrum ist man auch schnell: mit der 43 sind es 15 Minuten zum Schottentor und 5 zur U6.
Nach hinten raus gibt es bei uns einen kleinen Hinterhof den wir auch als Terrasse nutzen dürfen. Im Sommer können wir dort auch gemeinsam essen. Dahinter gibt es einen Park, unsere Katze lernt gerade sich reinzutrauen :)
We live in the middle of hernals, close to yppenplatz. 1 min to elterleinplatz station, 15 min to westbahnhof or schottentor.
There is a park to the backsode of the house and a little courtyard that we can use as terrace.
Wir arbeiten beide und sie meistens erst am Abend daheim. Dann sitzen wir aber gerne zusammen und essen und tauschen uns aus. Da bist du sehr willkommen :)
WE are both working and are mostly home in the evenings/on weekends. You are welcome to join our evening meals and Palaver :)
We are also open to shorter renting times (e.g. only august/only july).
