Ich heiße Lucy und ich bin 22 jähre alt.Ich suche nach einer Nachmieterin (keine Männer) ab 1. Sep 2023.
Das Zimmer ist hofseitig und hat rund 12 m2. Bett, Tisch, Stuhl und Schrank bleiben im Zimmer und können ohne Ablöse übernommen werden. In der Wohnung gibt es noch ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, ein separates WC und eine kleine Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Elektroherd, Ofen und Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach.
Im Haus sind sehr viele Student*innen aus verschiedensten Ländern. Es gibt einen Innenhof mit Fahrradabstellplatz, einen Aufzug und im Keller stehen Waschmaschinen zur Verfügung.
Rauchen und Tiere sind nicht erlaubt.
Das Verhältnis zwischen den Bewohnern ist sehr gut, und in unserer Freizeit kochen wir zusammen und gehen ins Kino oder spazieren. Bei Interesse nehmen Sie bitte einfach melden.:)

I am looking for a new female tenant (no men) from 1. Sep 2023.
The room faces the courtyard and has about 12 m2. The bed, table, chair and wardrobe will stay in the room for free. There is a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet and a small kitchen with dishwasher, electric stove, oven and fridge with freezer compartment.
There are many students from different countries in the house. There is a courtyard with bicycle parking, an elevator and washing machines in the basement.
Smoking and pets are not allowed.
The relationship between the residents is very good, and in our spare time we cook together and go out to the movies or go for a walk. If you are interested, please contact me:)
