Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist gross (24 m2), hell und die Hälfte des Jahres scheint die Sonne herein. (Die Fenster sind relativ gut isoliert.) Wichtig! Es handelt sich um ein Eckzimmer, dass nur durch andere Zimmer begehbar ist.
Unser Gemeinschftsbereich besteht aus unserem zum grünen Innenhof ausgerichteten Esszimmer (Eingang), einer grossen Küche, einem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer und einem grossen Badezimmer. Es ist ok drinnen zu rauchen. Haustiere dürfen leider nich mit uns leben.

Your future room is quite big (24m2), bright and gets direct sunlight during half the year. (The windows are quite well insolated.) Important: your future room is in a corner of the flat. You’d have to go through the rooms of others to get to it.
Our communal spaces are our “dining room” (basically the entrance) which faces the green and quite court yard, a big kitchen, a comfy living room and a big bathroom. It’s ok to smoke indoors. Sadly no animals are allowed to live with us.
Die Wohnung ist gleich ums Eck von der U6 Alserstrasse und somit super nahe an Öffis, am Brunnenmarkt, Yppenplatz, verschiedenen Supermärkten und vielem Mehr.

The flat ist just around the corner of the U6 Alsterstrasse. Therefore it is super close to all sort of public transport, Yppenplatz, Brunnenmarkt, other markets and much more.
Hallo! Bei uns wird ein Zimmer frei und wir suchen eine liebe und offene (flinta*) Person!
Wir legen grossen Wert auf ein gemeinschaftliches Zusammenleben. Gekocht wird in der Regel für und miteinander und meistens essen wir auch gemeinsam – sei es Frühstück, Mittag, Abendessen oder ein kleiner Snack dazwischen. Wir kümmern uns gemeinsam darum, dass unser Kühlschrank voll ist und teilen unser Essen (ohne Abrechnung). Wir beleben unsere Gemeinschaftsbereiche, schauen gerne Mal einen Film, diskutieren, und versacken auch hin und wieder über Bier und Wein. Wir interessieren und engagieren uns alle für gesellschaftliche und politische Themen. Uns ist es wichtig, dass wir rücksichtsvoll und freund*innenschaftlich mit einander umgehen. Besuch ist auch immer willkommen.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner*Innen studieren (Theater-, Film- und Medienwissenschaften/Agrarwissenschaften/Informatik) und/oder arbeiten Mal mehr, Mal weniger. Wir sind zwischen 25 und 31 Jahre alt, zwei cis-Männer und eine cis-Frau. Wir machen gerne Sport (yoga, roller-derby, thai-boxen, Fahrradfahren, Basketball, Schach, Tischtennis).
Wie du dir vielleicht schon gedacht hast, spielt gutes Essen eine zentrale Rolle bei uns. Wir gehen gerne containern oder machen gemeinsame Einkaufsausflüge beim Sozialmarkt. Ganz neu haben wir einen Beamer auf dem gerne Filme und Serien geschaut werden (gerade Gilmore Girls).
Kein Platz für Raissmus, Xenophobie, Homophobie, Transphobie und Sexismus.
Wir leben schon seit einigen Jahren zusammen und wünschen uns eine Person, die Lust darauf hat, unserern Alltag und unsere Wohnung mit uns zu teilen und mitzugestallten. Falls wir dein Interesse geweckt haben, freuen wir uns über eine Nachricht und ein Paar Zeilen über dich.

Hello! We have a room freeing up and are looking for a nice and open flinta* person who would like to move in with us.
A communal way of living together is very important to us. We usually cook for each others and eat together – let it be breakfeast, lunch, dinner or a small snack in between. We care for our food stock collectively and share all our food (without accounting). We spend a lot of time in the communal spaces of the flat watching movies, discussing and – time to time – spend an evening over some glasses of beer or wine. We are all interested and engaged in different political and societal topics. It is important to us to meet each others with respect and thoughtfulness and to be not only people sharing a flat, but maintaining a friendship. We are always open for friends visiting!
your future flatmates are studying (theater, movie and mediasicenes/agriculture/informatics) and/or are working sometimes more, sometimes less. We are between 25 and 31 years old , two cis-men and a cis-woman. We like to do sports (yoga, table tennis, basketball, chess, thai boxing, cycling, roller derby). Good food plays quite a central role, as you might have guessed form the previous lines. We like to go dumbster diving or go on a shopping spree in the close by “sozialmarkt”. We got a beamer quite recently which invites to have movie/series-nights (currently Gilmore Girls).
