Your roomie will be me, Sophia 🇨🇴, 24 years old, working in an office and studying informatics. I'm originally from COLOMBIA so my mother language is Spanish but I also speak English and German fluently.
I like to play football, going out with friends, traveling, cooking, playing Playstation,..
The room will be almost empty. We can offer a couch (turns to a bed too) and a TV. Still there are good offers on Willhaben if you need more stuff. We have pillows and and sheets. We also have another room for chilling or as a work space if you want to use it too :)
There are several supermarkets close to us.
Trams 2, 9 and 43 in walking distance.
Green areas close by.
Cafes, Bank, Post, farmacy and Bürger King are close.
In the morning and evening you will have a nice smell of chocolate as there is a fabric close to us.
What is important for us:
A roomie that is clean as the kitchen is not big, non-smoker, (LGBTQ) friendly, open communication is important, respect private space and friendly 😁
The rent will be : 455€ warm (wifi included, energy, gas everything)
