Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr vorteilhaft. Der Elterleinplatz ist eine halbe Minute entfernt. Die Straßenbahn 43 bringt einem schnell zur U6 Alser Straße oder in 10 Min. zum Schottentor. Die Straßenbahn 9 fährt auch am Elterleinplatz. Wir haben ein kleines Einkaufszentrum (Post, Libro, Billa, Bipa...) 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Es gibt auch einen Interspar und den Brunnenmarkt in der Nähe. Das Zimmer liegt gegenüber einer Volksschule. Die Lage ist relativ ruhig. Kein direkter Autoverkehr vor dem Zimmer. Die Kirchenglocken sind ab und zu zuhören.

The location of the apartment is very advantageous. Elterleinplatz is half a minute away. Tram 43 takes you quickly to U6 Alser Straße or in 10 minutes to Schottentor, the city center. Tram 9 also runs on Elterleinplatz. We have a small shopping center (Post, Libro, Billa, Bipa ...) 2 minutes walk away. There is also a huge supermarket (Interspar) and the Brunnenmarkt nearby. The room is opposite an elementary school. The location is relatively quiet. No direct car traffic in front of the room. The church bells can be heard from time to time.

Ich heiße Hanady, komme aus Oberösterreich mit ägyptischen Wurzeln und bin 33 Jahre alt. Ich bin Fotografin, die eine Auszeit vom Arbeitsleben nimmt, um den Master in Kunstgeschichte zu machen. Ich arbeite als persönliche
Betreuerin 2 mal in der Woche, und sonst bin ich am Schreiben meiner Masterarbeit, Kochen, Foodsaven, Babysitten( ich habe einen 3 Jahre alten Neffen, der auch mal bei mir übernachtet).
Auf jeden Fall bin ich eine ziemlich entspannte Mitbewohnerin, mit jahrelanger Erfahrung. Deshalb ist mein höchstes Kredo offene Kommunikation und ein geregelter Putzplan - Zeitaufwand pro Woche sind 20 Minuten. Ich lebe schon seit 11 Jahren in dieser Wohnung, dementsprechend gut ist der Haushalt organisiert. Ich teile alles, von Werkzeug bis zum Picknickequipment, Wikingerschach, Nähmaschine, Schallplattenspieler und dem Beamer für nette Filmabende mit selbst gemachten Popcorn auf der ausziehbaren Couch! Ich liebe es zu kochen, vor allem ägyptische Küche. Gern lade ich mal zu einer Dinnerparty oder einem Spielabend Freunde ein, wo auch du jederzeit willkommen bist. Die Privatsphäre ist selbstverständlich auch zu respektieren, wenn man mal Ruhe braucht.

My name is Hanady, I come from Upper Austria with Egyptian roots and I am 34 years old. I am a photographer who is taking time out from work to do my Masters in Art History. I work as a personal supervisor twice a week, and otherwise I am writing my master's thesis, cooking, food saving, babysitting (I have a 4 year old nephew who also stays with me sometimes).
In any case, I'm a pretty relaxed roommate, with years of experience. That's why my highest credo is open communication and a regular cleaning schedule - the time required per week is 20 minutes. I've lived in this apartment for 11 years, so the household is well organized. I share everything, from tools to picnic equipment, Viking chess, sewing machine, record player and the projector for nice movie evenings with homemade popcorn on the couch! I love to cook, especially Egyptian cuisine. I am happy to invite friends to a dinner party or a game evening, where you are always welcome.
