The apartment is about 80 m² and has 5 separate rooms. The kitchen is also separate, so are the bathroom and WC, which is a really good idea with 5 people in the apartament!
- In a 5 min radius are the subway stations Alserstraße (U6), Ottakring (U3)
- You are in the centre in ca. 15 minutes (Schottentor), the tram station is just 3 minutes away
- The room is facing the main street, but it is still quiet
- Hofer, Billa, Bipa, bakeries, pharmacy and hair salon all within 5 minutes walking distance.
- No smoking in the apartment
- Grand terrace - 11 m²!
- Elevator (except the first floor), washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi all included
- Very good ice cream shop just opposite the building!
