From now onwards there is 1 room available in a furnished shared apartment in the 17th district, in Hernalser Hauptstraße. The apartment is located in an area which is very well connected by public transportation. It is a two minutes walk to the tram station 43 which takes u within 15 minutes straight to Schottentor. Also, the bus 10A stops just around the corner and the train S45 is within walking distance. The infrastructure is good, a supermarket is just across the street.
In total there are 3 sleeping rooms. The private room is furnished with a140 cm bunk bed including a pillow and blanket, a wardrobe, a desk and a chair. There is a shared, equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a washing maschine, The private room costs 375,-,per month. Its all included and furnished. The deposit is two months rent. No smoking and no pets. The contract can be cancelled afetr min 12 months stay with a 2 months notice by the end of february, august and september.
