Ich suche eine langfristige bleibende Person!
Das zu vermietende Schlafzimmer hat 14m2 (alles inklusiv 465€) und ist ausgestattet mit einem Hochbett sowie weiteren Möbeln, wie auf dem Bild sichtbar ist (ohne Matratze).
Die Regale/Tische können beliebig und sehr einfach entfernt werden, das Hochbett prinzipiell auch, aber es wird vorerst so weitergegeben.
Durch die hohe Lage ist das Zimmer sehr hell und es kommt vom Vormittag bis Nachmittag Sonne rein, ab dem Nachmittag dann indirekte Sonne.
Durch das gelbe Gebäude gegenüber wird im Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer ein sehr schönes und angenehmes Licht reflektiert.
Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr groß und es ist viel Platz verfügbar zum Trainieren, Yoga zu machen aber auch eine große Couch die für Filmabende einlädt.
Das Badezimmer ist sehr geräumig und eine Waschmaschine gibt es natürlich auch. Die Küche ist mit allem was man so braucht ausgestattet, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspülmaschine, Toaster, Entsafter etc. und sie bietet genügend Platz um zu zweit nebeneinander zu werkeln.
Es gibt auch einen ausklappbaren Tisch der zum Essen verwendet werden kann. In der Wohnung wird tendenziell nicht geraucht, aber vor der Haustüre gibt es eine nettes Plätzchen wo wir bisher immer geraucht haben.

Bedroom, which you take over has 14m2 (all inclusive 465€) with built-in high bed and furniture you can see in photo (without the mattress).
In other side of our building there is bright yellow one, so that also gives a lot of vibrant color even in grey days, there is sun till the noon in bedroom and living room space!
Since living room is very spacious it is nice to use it for training and cosy evenings while watching movies on projector.
The whole apartment size is 75m2 and has high ceilings.
Kitchen is decent size for 2 people to share with dishwasher and a gas stove.
We also have hallway where you can smoke in front of our apartment entrance.
Die Wohnung ist in der Nähe der U6 Alserßstraße (3 Geh-Minuten) und 43/44 Straßenbahn.
Sie ist also sehr gut vernetzt und man kommt schnell in die Stadt rein oder zur Donau raus.
Auch alle notwendigen Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind in der Nähe (Hofer, Billa, Interspar),
sowie der Brunnenmarkt und Yppenplatz ums Eck.

There are all necessary grocery markets nearby and Brunnenmarkt.
It is easy to reach any location in Vienna!
Mir ist es wichtig eine Person mit einem stabilen Einkommen zu haben, wenn sie/er pflanzen liebt ist das ein plus, da es sehr viel Raum und Platz zur Begrünung gibt.
Es wäre auch schön, wenn wir einen ähnlichen Vibe und Vorstellungen haben, wie man an einem gemeinsamen Ort zusammenleben möchte,
z.B. dass wir es ordentlich halten und uns einen sicheren und freundlichen Ort schaffen.
Auch es gibt der Möglichkeit, in Zukunft der Nachmieter zu werden.
Ich würde mich sehr freuen von dir zu hören und dich vielleicht kennenzulernen!

I would like a person which has a steady income, also a plants lover would be a plus,
since apartment has a big living room to place it!
Also would be nice if person has common sense how shared place should be,
according keeping it tidy and creating for ourselves a safe and friendly space.
Also there is a possibility in the future to take over this apartment contract.

Momentan besuche ich den Kurs von AMS und ich bin mit einem gerinfügigen Job beschäftigt. Ich würde mich sehr freuen, wenn wir auf Englisch kommunizieren können,
da ich mich in der Sprache noch wohler fühle als wie in Deutsch. Ich liebe es Sport zu machen,
zu kochen, beschäftigte mich mit Themen der Achtsamkeit und Spiritualität,
