Für die Monate März bis Mai steht mein gemütliches WG-Zimmer zur Untermiete zur Verfügung, da ich für ein Praktikum vorübergehend ausziehen werde. Das Zimmer wird also voll möbliert vergeben und es hat alles, was man so braucht: Bett, Schreibtisch, einen kleinen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und auch ansonsten etwas Stauraum. Da ich auch ein paar Pflanzen habe, wäre es super, wenn du dich um sie kümmern könntest. Wir teilen uns hier in der WG außerdem ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer, einen kleinen Balkon sowie natürlich Bad und Küche.

I offer my cozy room in a shared flat to subrent because I'll leave for an internship from March until May. The room is fully equipped and you'll find everything you need: bed, desk, a small walk-in wardrobe and some additional space to store your stuff. I have a couple of plants in my room and it would be great if you could keep an eye on them while staying here. Apart from the room, there's also a shared living room, a small balcony, a kitchen and a bathroom.
Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im 17. Bezirk, die Station Hernals befindet sich in 4 Minuten Gehweite, hier fährt die S45, die Straßenbahnlinie 43 und die Buslinie 44a. Zu den Stationen der Straßenbahnen 2 und 10 sind es jeweils 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Außerdem befindet sich der Kongresspark direkt um die Ecke, wenn man sich ein wenig im Grünen erholen möchte. An Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mangelt es hier auch nicht: Billa, Hofer, Lidl sowie das kleine Einkaufszentrum in der Sandleitengasse sind allesamt zu Fuß erreichbar.
Our flat is located in the 17th district and the station "Hernals" is reachable in 5 minutes by walking, here you can find the S45, the tramline 43 and the busline 44a. The tramlines 2 and 10 are reachable within a 10 minute walk. Right around the corner you find the Kongresspark, a nice park to enjoy some rays of sunlight or simply stroll around for a bit. Additionally, the area offers many shopping possibilities: Billa, Hofer, Lidl and the small mall at Sandleitengasse are easily reachable on foot.
Du wirst mit Sandra (30) und Mimi und Jaimy (beide um die 10 Jahre und Kaninchen) zusammenwohnen. Die beiden Fellnasen halten sich hauptsächlich in Sandras Zimmer auf, bis auf Jaimy, der manchmal gerne unter meinem Bett chillt. Wenn du das nicht möchtest, kannst du einfach die Tür zumachen.
Sandra studiert Logopädie und arbeitet nebenher gerne und viel von zu Hause aus. Sie ist eingefleischtes Disney-Fangirl und für gemeinsame Film- oder Puzzleabende ebenso zu haben wie für gemütliches Plaudern bei Tee/Kaffee und Kuchen.
You'll live together with Sandra (30, human) and Mimi and Jaimy (both around 10 and bunnies). The two little ones mostly roam around in Sandra's room, although Jaimy loves chilling under my bed. If you don't like that you can easily lock him out by closing the door.
Sandra is studying speech therapy and works from home. She's totally in love with disney movies and up for movie- or puzzlenights or casual chatting while having coffe/tea and cake.
