Das Zimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist durch die Morgensonne schön hell. Es besticht durch den Blick auf die ruhige Messerschmidtgasse. Ein schönes Fischgräten-Parkett macht es sehr gemütlich. Wir haben im Haus viel Stauraum, den du auch sehr gerne nutzen kannst für deine Sachen.

The room is located on the first floor of our apartment. It charms with its view of the peaceful Messerschmidt street. A lovely herringbone parquet flooring adds to its coziness. You can use the storage space in the house as well.
[DE] Die Lage könnte besser nicht sein. Wer die Stadt liebt, aber gleichzeitig gerne im Grünen verweilt, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Der Türkenschanzpark, der Pötzleinsdorfer Schlosspark, der Schafberg und der Wiener Wald sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Mit der Linie 41, die 5 Minuten entfernt hält, bist du in 20 Minuten am Schottentor. Von der Station Gersthof (10 Gehminuten) fahren außerdem S45, 10A, 40 und 9 um andere Stadtteile zu erreichen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind genug vorhanden: Spar, Billa, Etsan und Hofer sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Zudem befinden sich verschiedenste Lokale (Cafés, Beisln, Italiener, Asiate, etc.) in der näheren Umgebung.
Der Gersthofer Platz bietet zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der hippe Kutschkermarkt ist auch nicht weit entfernt.
[ENG] For those who love the city yet enjoy being surrounded by greenery, this is the perfect spot. The Türkenschanzpark, Pötzleinsdorfer Schlosspark, Schafberg, and Wiener Wald are all in close proximity.
With the Line 41 just a 5-minute walk away, you can reach Schottentor in 20 minutes. Additionally, from Gersthof station (a 10-minute walk), you have access to the S45, 10A, 40, and 9 lines to reach other parts of the city.
There are plenty of shopping options nearby: Spar, Billa, Etsan, and Hofer are all within easy walking distance. Plus, there are various eateries (cafés, pubs, Italian, Asian, etc.) in the vicinity.
Gersthofer Platz offers numerous shopping opportunities, and the trendy Kutschkermarkt is also not far away.
[DE] Deine Mitbewohner:innen sind Fred, Konny, Mariana, Markus und Nadja. Wir sind allesamt berufstätig bzw. studieren und leben in der aktuellen Konstellation seit letztem Jahr gemeinsam in der schönen Messerschmidt-WG. Wir haben die unterschiedlichsten Interessen, von Klavier spielen, Theater besuchen, Tischtennis, Tanzen, Yoga, Joggen, Häkeln, bis zum gemeinsamen Sonntagsbrunch ist alles dabei. Die geräumige Küche und der schöne Garten lassen uns aber immer wieder am Abend zum gemeinsamen Kochen und Plaudern zusammenkommen. Unser Zusammenleben ist entspannt und wir schätzen einen offenen Umgang miteinander. Ein WG-Plenum findet alle 2-4 Wochen statt.
Wir sind alle berufstätig bzw. berufstätig und am Ende unseres Studiums. Am besten bist du in der selben Lebensphase und bringst WG-Erfahrung mit. Wir freuen uns über eine aufgeschlossene Person, die an gemeinschaftlichem Zusammenleben interessiert ist.

[EN] Your flatmates are Fred, Konny, Mariana, Markus, and Nadja. We are all working or studying, and we've been living together in the beautiful Messerschmidt flat since last year. We have a wide range of interests, from playing the piano, going to the theater, playing table tennis, dancing, yoga, jogging, to crocheting, and enjoying Sunday brunch together. The spacious kitchen and lovely garden often bring us together in the evenings for shared cooking and chatting. Our cohabitation is relaxed, and we value open communication with each other. We hold a flat meeting every 2-4 weeks.
We are all employed or working and/or at the end of our studies. Ideally, you should be at the same stage in your life and have shared flat experience. We are looking for an open-minded person who is interested in living together.
Please note that we are looking for someone aged 25 or older.

[DE] Die WG verfügt über einen tollen und sehr großzügigen Gemeinschaftsgarten sowie über eine hausinterne Sauna. Beides kann jederzeit gerne von dir genutzt werden. Zusätzlich gibt es eine Katze in unserem Haus, die unserem Nachbarn gehört, der oberhalb uns wohnt. Manchmal kommt die Katze dann in unseren Garten bzw. manchmal auf unsere Terrasse.
Da wir mit Ende Februar unsere jährliche Strom- und Gaskostenabrechnung bekommen, kann sich der endgültige Preis des Zimmers noch etwas verändern.
[EN] The shared flat has a great and very spacious communal garden as well as an in-house sauna. You are welcome to use both at any time. There is also a cat that belongs to our upstairs neighbours and is not part of our flat, but it likes to be in our garden or sometimes on our terrace.
As we will receive our electricity and gas bills at the end of February, the final price of the room may still change a bit.
