Room available from September 1st, 2024 until the end of May/June 2025. The apartment is located at Währingerstraße 131/22, 1180 Wien. Male roommate preferred. The shared apartment is perfect for Erasmus students, as it is fully furnished and equipped.
The room consists of a comfortable Junkers sofa bed (including pillows, blanket, and bedding if desired), desk, chair, wardrobe, and a 64-inch television (if desired, we can also place it in the living room). The room faces the courtyard, making it very quiet and perfect for sleeping, studying, and working from home.
The apartment is a 110m2 old-style apartment on the 3rd floor without an elevator. The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishes and cooking utensils available. A Lelit espresso machine and grinder are provided. Fridge, freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher are available. Iron and ironing board are included. The bathroom and toilet are separate. The bathroom features a bathtub and shower, as well as two sinks. Towels, hairdryer, and straightener are included if desired.
Generally, a cleaning service visits us every 3-4 weeks. The costs are shared unless regular self-cleaning is maintained.

Das Zimmer besteht aus einer bequemen Junkers Schlafcouch (Polster, Decke und Bettzeug inkludiert, wenn gewünscht), Schreibtisch, Sessel, Kleiderschrank und einem 64 Zoll Fernseher (wenn gewünscht, wir können ihn auch in das Wohnzimmer geben). Das Zimmer ist zum Hof ausgerichtet, daher sehr ruhig und perfekt zum schlafen, lernen und für Homeoffice,
Die Wohnung ist eine 110m2 Altbau Wohnung im 3. Stock ohne Aufzug.
DIe Küche ist voll ausgestattet, Geschirr und Kochutensilien vorhanden.Lelit Siebträgerkaffemaschine und eigenes Mahlwerk vorhanden. Kühlschrank, Tiefkühlschrank, Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler vorhanden. Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett inkludiert. Bad und Toilette sind voneinander seperat. Badewanne und Dusche, sowie zwei Waschbecken im Badezimmer. Handtücher, Föhn, Glätteisen inkludiert, wenn gewünscht.
Grundsätzlich besucht uns eine Reinigungskraft alle 3-4 Wochen. Die Kosten werden dafür anteilig getragen, außer es wird regelmäßig selbst geputzt.

Additionally, the apartment is well-connected to public transportation, making it easy for you to reach other parts of the city.
The apartment is near Aumannplatz, tram stops (40, 41, and 42) are within 1-5 minutes walking distance. Gersthof train station is 2 stops away. U6 metro line is nearby. Parks are just a few minutes away (Schubert Park, Türkenschanz Park, etc.). Shopping options are easily accessible on foot. The University of Vienna (main building) is a 12-minute tram ride away.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer großartigen Gegend mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten in der Nähe. Nur wenige Schritte entfernt findest du gemütliche Cafés, Restaurants mit internationaler Küche und Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf. Außerdem ist die Wohnung gut an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden, sodass du schnell und einfach zu anderen Teilen der Stadt gelangen kannst.
Die Wohnung ist in der Nähe des Aumannplatzes, Straßenbahn (40,41 und 42) 1-5 Gehminuten entfernt. Bahnhof Gersthof 2 Stationen entfernt. U6 in der Nähe. Parks in wenigen Minuten entfernt (Schuhbertpark, Türkenschanzpark, etc). EInkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß super erreichbar. Die Universität Wien (Hauptgebäude) ist 12 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn entfernt.
In the apartment, there are usually two occupants (one male and one female). We are seeking a subtenant for one of the occupants who will be abroad temporarily. You will be living with a kind, tidy, and quiet roommate who works fulltime, has studied law, and has an interest in history. He enjoys sports and cooking, speaks German, and English (a bit of French), and is currently learning Arabic on the side. Your roommate has prior experience living in shared accommodations and is generally a relaxed individual.
In der Wohnung leben normalerweise zwei Personen (männlich und weiblich). Wir suchen einen Untermieter während eines Auslandsaufenthaltes der einen Person. Du wirst mit einem lieben, ordentlichen und ruhigen Mitbewohner zusammenwohnen, der Vollzeit arbeitet, Jus studiert hat und aus Interesse Geschichte studiert. Er liebt Sport und Kochen, spricht deutsch, englisch (etwas französisch) und lernt nebenbei arabisch. Dein Mitbewohner hat bereits WG Erfahrung und ist generell eine entspannte Person.
