Das Zimmer wird Nicht Möbiliert, Teil Möbiliert oder Möbiliert vermietet. :) Am moment das Zimmer ist unmöbiliert.Die Möbel auf den Bildern gehörten meiner Ex-Mitbewohnerin, aber es gibt die Möglichkeit das Zimmer möbiliert zu bekommen da unsere Vermieter wird uns neue Möbeln kaufen. (Dafür, brauch man NICHT bezahlen)

In der Wohnung wird nicht geraucht, aber im Innenhof gibt es einen kleinen, netten Garten wo man es sich im Sommer gemütlich machen kann.

The room will be rent as Furnished, Half Furnished or Not Furnished :) At the moment the room is unfurnished, the furniture on the pictures belonged to my ex-roommate, but there is a possibility to get the room furnished as our landlord will buy us new furniture. (For this, you do NOT have to pay)
The kitchen will be renewed as soon as the corona situation gets better...

The apartment is in a very quiet location and is not suitable for parties. It is perfect for resting and when you want to escape from everyday stress.
There is no smoking in the apartment, but there is a small, nice garden in the courtyard where you can make yourself comfortable in summer.

In the appartament is not allowed to smoke but we have a wonderful garden where people can also smoke.
Order and clean is strictly required. We mostly keep the appartament always clean after using anyting and we do our cleaning work 2 times per week.
In the house there are already pots, pans, glasses, cutlery etc to share (respectfully). We also share the prices of cleaning supplies, toilet paper and everything we need for the house itself.
In the kitchen there is a pin board where we attach all the bills and documents that are concearning the house.
The appartament is not made to make parties because many families with kids are living in the same building. It´s a perfect appartament for people who need to relax after a long stressing working day. Visits over are however allowed :)
Respect is the keyword for a wonderful living.

Ich bin eine Italienerin, die seit 8 Jahren in Österreich lebt 🙂 Ich bin sehr sauber, ordentlich, ruhig, aber ich kann auch sehr lustig und unterhaltsam sein. Ich studiere derzeit Informatik und Webentwicklung. Ich bin eine ausgeglichene Person, die nicht wirklich gerne extrem denkt :) Ich mag Kompromisse und ich bin wirklich einfach und tollerant.
Ich bin friedlich und freundlich. In meiner Freizeit drücke ich mich gerne durch meine Künste wie Tanzen, Cosplaying, Singen, Stricken und Nähen aus, aber ich mag auch schöne lange Spaziergänge in der Natur machen.
