Hallo :) Ich suche eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*In zur Zwischenmiete für meine lieben Mitbewohner*Innen. Bitte alles durchlesen, damit du auch einschätzen kannst, ob es für dich passen würde!
Zuerst zum Zimmer: das Zimmer ist relativ klein (12m²) und gemütlich. Das große Kippfenster geht Richtung Südosten, das heißt die Sonne strahlt bis zum Nachmittag ins Zimmer. Daruch ist es sehr hell, aber es gibt auch Jalousien falls man es mal dunkler haben will. Das Zimmer ist außerdem straßenseitig, das Fenster dichtet aber gut ab. Ich würde das Zimmer voll möbliert (Schreibtisch, Bett, großer Schrank, Regal) übergeben und natürlich Platz frei räumen. Das Bett ist ein Hochbett, das gekürzt wurde, jetzt gibt es unter dem Bett zudem sehr viel Stauraum. Zudem habe ich einige Pflanzen, daher wäre es ideal für mich, wenn du sie gießen würdest!
Die Wohnung hat ein Bad (ohne Fenster), separate Toilette (mit Fenster), kleinen Sitz/Aufenthaltsraum, von dem alle Zimmer ausgehen, Küche, Abstellkammerl und Balkon!
Die Küche ist mit einem Geschirrspüler und Gasherd ausgestattet, zudem haben wir Toaster, Wasserkocher uvm.
Im Aufenthaltsraum ist ein großer Kühlschrank mit einem Fach für jeden, sowie Gefrierschrank. Du hättest genügend Stauraum für deine Lebensmittel, Geschirr etc. brauchst du eigentlich nichtmitnehmen :) Waschmaschine befindet sich in der Wohnung keine, aber es gibt eine Haus-Waschmaschine, für die wir ca 1x im Monat Münzen kaufen (ca. 1 Euro pro Waschgang)

Hello! We are looking for a new person for our shared flat for an intermediate rent! :) Please read all of the thext so you can determine wether the shared flat suits you or not!
The room is relatively small (12m²) and cozy. It's really bright since the sun shines in from the morning to the afternoon. If you need a darker space you can close the blinds. The room will be transfered fully furnitured, but you will have enough space for your stuff! There are some plants in my room and I would be very thankful, if you watered them regularly!
The appartment ist rather big (105m²) and has a kitchen, bathroom, seperate toilette with window, storeroom, common room and a balcony. The kitchen provides a dishwasher, a gas oven and many utensils such as a toaster etc. Also you don't have to bring any cuttlery or plates :) We don't have a washing machine in the flat but one in the house on the ground floor. We buy coins for the washing machine every month and it's about 1 Euro per washing :)
Es gitb ziemlich viele Öffis:
Busse: 40A, 35A, 37A (5min)
Bim: 41, 40 (3min) fahren Richtung Schottentor, also ist man schnell bei der Uni und im Zentrum
U-Bahn: U6 Währingerstraße/Volksoper (8-10 min)
Geschäfte: Spar, Penny, Erste Bank, Bankomaten, DM, Pipa (3-5min), Denn's, Poststelle, Billa, Hofer (10 min)
Die Lage ist daruch besonders, da man einerseits schnell ins Zentrum kommt und andererseits schnell in die Natur.
Die schöne Währingerstraße bietet viele Einkaufs- und Bummelmöglichkeiten, der Kutschkermarkt ist ums Eck, man kann schlendern und überall sitzen bleiben.
Mit der 41 Bim ist man schnell im Plötzleinsdorfer Schlosspark.
Geht man bei uns einmal ums Eck, kommt man in die Villengegend vom 18/19. Bezirk und kann da in 10-15 min zu verschiedenen Parks gehen (Sternwarte, Währinger, Türkenschanzpark), was ich sehr schätze

There are many possibilities to come around:

Tube: U6 Währingerstraße/Volksoper (8-10 min)
Stores: Spar, Penny, bank, Drugstore (3-5min), Denn's, postoffice, Billa, Hofer (10 min)
The location is very nice since you are at the center very quick, but also in the nature. You can take the 41 tram and go to the Plötzleinsdorfer Castle Park where you can go for long walks in the nature around Vienna.
The area is very nice and friendly, the Währingerstraße offers a lot of opportunities to go shopping, for a coffee or ice cream or just to look around and stay for a while.
When you go around the corner of the house, you find yourself in the villa quater of Vienna, where you can linger to the many parks around here (Währinger park, Türkenschanzpark, Sternwarte)
Du würdest mit Adrian, Nora und Felix zusammenwohnen. Alle 3 sind sehr gemütliche, liebe und offene Menschen :)
Adrian (27) studiert Kognitionsbiologie im Master und beschäftigt sich gerade mit seiner Masterarbeit, wo er das Verhalten von Raben erforscht. Nebenbei, bzw eher hauptsächlich ist er bei Fridays for Future aktiv und ist da mit vollem Herzen dabei. Zu seinem Hobbys zählen Radfahren, abenteuerliche Touren machen, sich mit Pflanzen beschäftigen und er backt öfters mal einen Kuchen. Generell ist Adrian ein sehr lebenslustiger, aufgeschlossener aber auch gewissenhafter Mensch mit dem man sich schnell anfreunden kann!
Nora (26) studiert Psychologie im Master und macht gerade ein Praktikum, wäre aber bei deinem Einzug wieder in Wien. Sie hat auch Genderstudies studiert und beschäftigt sich gerne mit Themen wie Sexismus, Rassismus, Gender Equality uvm. Nora liest viele Bücher und baut gerne Puzzle, ist aber immer für ein Veganista Eis, Kuchenbacken, Küchenplausch oder ein Spiel zu haben. Nora ist ebenfalls ein sehr offener, lustiger Mensch und eine tolle Gesprächspartnerin!
Felix (25) hat gerade sein Dipl. Ing. geschafft und steuert als nächstes ein PhD-Studium im Bereich Holzbautechnik an. Er ist der WG-DJ, weil er immer eine gute Playlist parat hat! In seiner Freizeit geht er gerne laufen, hört Musik, fährt gerne an die Donau baden, kocht sehr gut und interessiert sich für politische Themen. Zudem würde ich ihn als sehr humorvollen, offenen und lieben Menschen bezeichnen, der immer für Spaß zu haben ist.
Es verstehen sich alle sehr gut in der WG und schätzen offenen Kommunikation. Es gibt einen WG Putzplan, an dem sich alle so gut es geht halten, wobei es kein Problem ist, wenn man mal Stress hat und nicht dazu kommt, dann kann man das natürlich ansprechen.
Generell ist die WG eher eine ruhige, aber dennoch sehr lebendige WG! Mal wird zusammen gegessen, etwas gespielt, auf dem Balkon geplaudert, ein Film geschaut und und und.. :)

You would live with Adrian, Nora and Felix who are all very openminded and friendly people!
Adrian (27) studies Neurobiology (Masters) and currently works on his masters thesis where he works with ravens. He is also active at the Fridays for Future organisation and is very passionate about it :) Other than that he bikes a lot, spends time in nature, plants and bakes a cake now and then!
I would describe him as a very joyfull and friendly person who always has a smile on his face!
Nora (26) studies Psychology (Masters) and currently does an Internship but at the time you move in she will be in Vienna. She is very engaged with the themes sexism, racism and gender equality and ready a lot of books about ist. Also she likes doing puzzles, loves coffee and brownies, usually sings in a choir and likes to chat or play games. She is also a very openminded and friendly person!
Felix (25) just got his Diopl. Ing. and now wants to do a PhD. He is the DJ of the flat and has a very good taste in music. He likes to go for a run, also spends lots of time in the nature, especiallly at the danube :) You can always have a laugh with Felix since he is a very humorous person but also always there for a chat or for playing a game!
Everybody gets along in the shared flat and open communication is important. We have a cleaning plan and would be happy if you sticked with it because everyone wants to feel comfortable. If you have a stressfull week and have no time for cleaning, that's no problem, just tell them and it's ok! :)
In general Adrian, Nora and Felix like to do stuff together such as cooking, playing games, watching a movie etc. now and then and it would be great if you like to attend (not always of course ) :)
Es wäre super, wenn du uns ein paar Zeilen über dich schreiben würdest, damit wir besser einschätzen können, wen wir zum WG Casting (auch über Skype o.Ä. möglich) einladen. Es wird eine offene Person gesucht, die gerne am WG-Geschehen teilnimmt!
Ein weiteres Anliegen wären meine Pflanzen, bei denen ich sehr dankbar wäre, wenn du sie gießt!
