Hey! Ich vermiete mein schönes Zimmer ab Mitte Februar/Anfang März bis Ende August weil ich im Ausland bin. Von der Zeit her hin ich auch etwas flexibler 🙃
Zimmer, sowie die ganze Wohnhng ist sehr hell, sonnig & bleibt möbiliert. Die Wohnung wurde im April 2021 teilweise renoviert, hat neuen Boden, neue Küche und die Möbel in meinem Zimmer sind fast alle ganz neu. Ich würde gerne im Zimmer paar Deko Sachen sowie eventuell paar Pflanzen lassen wenn du magst 🙃
In der Wohnung gibt es noch zwei kleinere Zimmer, die dem Thomas gehören, eine kleine aber feine Küche, Gang, Bad & WC.
410€ ist all in (inklusive Strom, Wasser & Internet).
Lage ist toll! Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe vom Gürtel, an der Grenze zu 9. & 17. Bezirk. Am Yppenplatz ist man auch in 8 min zu Fuß! Zur U6 Alser Straße, sowie dur 43 Bim braucht man 3 min & man ist in 20 min zu Fuß im 7.!
Mein Mitbewohner Thomas ist beruflich Psychotherapeut, ist sehr lieb und das zusammenleben mit ihm sehr chillig und unkompliziert 🙃
