The room is 29 m2 big, with a large window and direct access to the balcony! It is really quiet, since the room is in the back of the house. The house has an elevator. The flat has two floors, connected through stairs. The bathroom has a bath tub as well as a shower. There is one extra toilet. The apartment is fully equipped with a washing machine, dish washer, oven etc. The huge balcony to be used by everyone.

Das Zimmer ist 29 m2 groß, mit großem Fenster und direktem Zugang zum Balkon! Es ist wirklich ruhig, da sich das Zimmer auf der Rückseite des Hauses befindet. Das Haus verfügt über einen Aufzug. Die Wohnung hat zwei Etagen, die durch eine Treppe verbunden sind. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne sowie eine Dusche. Es gibt eine zusätzliche Toilette. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Backofen etc. Der riesige Balkon steht allen zur gemeinsamen Nutzung zur Verfügung.
The location is close to the city centre, but in a quiet side street. You only walk 5 minutes to the next subway station. There are 3 different tram stations around, which are even closer than the subway. You not even need 10 minutes into the city center!
There are also different parks around and many possibilities to go shopping.

Die Lage ist wirklich nah an der Stadt Zentrum. Zur nächsten U-Bahn-Station laufen Sie nur 5 Minuten. Es gibt 3 verschiedene Straßenbahnhaltestellen in der Nähe, die sogar noch näher sind als die U-Bahn. Sie brauchen nicht einmal 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt!
Es gibt auch verschiedene Parks in der Umgebung und viele Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen.
You'd live with Leni, Fabienne, Stephan and Tim. They are all wither studying or working and like to spend time and go out together, but also enjoy a quiet evening in the kitchen, with game nights or cooking.
