Looking for a beautiful summer in beautiful Vienna in an amazing shared flat?! With caring community and sense of wellbeing and kindness?!
Well, I’m looking to sub rent my room for the summer. Approx. from the 20th of July till end of September (can be flexible though). The room is very small and sweet, approx.. 10 square meters and cost around 400 euros all included. The main thing with this flat is the huuuuuge shared space!
Hard(t)-facts:
- 320sqm double-flat
- 40 sqm living room with winter garden
- 2 balconies, 2 bathrooms, 4 toilets
- One commonly used garden
In addition there is a lot of space to create together and do some crafts, there is a huge kitchen, a home office, a big workshop, a guest room and a lot of space left to express yourself and to live, outside the bedroom!
We all just moved recently here and the flat is huge, so there is always something to do. As well the photos doesn’t show the finished room yet, as I just moved from one room to another inside the flat and I m building a loft bed there. Yes, it has its own sink as well. Will update with new photos once I m done or just give a request for more pics. 😊

Schöner Sommer im schönen Wien und superschönen WG gesucht?! Mit liebevoller Gemeinschaft und rücksichtvollen Miteinander Sein?!
Ich möchte gerne mein Zimmer für den Sommer Untervermieten! Die Zeiten wären ca vom 20. Juli bis Ende September (bin da aber auch super flexibel). Das Zimmer ist sehr klein und süß, ca 10 m2 groß und kostet ca 400 Euro warm. Die Wohnung zeichnet sich v.A. durch die riesiegen Gemeinschaftsflächen aus!
Hard(t)-facts zur Wohnung:
- 320 qm doppel-Wohnung im 2.OG
- 40 qm Wohnzimmer mit Wintergarten
- 2 Balkönchen, 2 Badezimmer, 4 WCs
- Garten zur Mitbenutzung
Dazu kommen einige Räume die zur gemeinsamen Gestaltung, Tun und werkeln einladen wie eine Riesenküche, ein Homeoffice, eine große Werkstatt, ein Gästezimmer und viel Platz zum Leben und Sein, außerhalb des eigenen Schlafzimmers!
Die WG wurde recht frisch gegründet und bei soviel Platz gibt es immer viel zu tun. Ebenso zeigen die Fotos gerade noch nicht das fertige Zimmer, da ich gerade das Zimmer wechsle und mir noch ein Hochbett reinbaue, ja, es hat ein eigenes Waschbecken auch. Aktuelle Fotos kommen bald oder auf Anfrage.
The location couldn't be better. Right by Spittelau, the flat is well connected to public transport. By bike you're at Donaukanal in a couple of minutes, Donauinsel and the city center are also not far away. There are Bipa, Billa and DM right around the corner, and the walk to the nearest Park (Währinger) is under 10 minutes, to the park Türkenschwanzpark, the most beautiful one, it is l15 minutes. The highlight for sure, especially in summer times, is the close distance to the danube island to go for a swim, some sports or your friends!

Die Lage könnte besser nicht sein. Gleich bei Spittelau ist Mensch mit den Öffis top angebunden, mit dem Rad sofort am Donaukanal oder auf der Insel, die Stadt dauert's auch nur 10 Minuten.
Bipa, Billa und DM gibt es um die Ecke, und zum Währinger Park geht man keine 10 Minuten. Zum Türkenschanzpark (schönster Park Wiens) ca 15 Minuten. Highlight aber, gerade im Sommer ist die Inselnähe! Ideal zum schwimmen, sportlen oder Freunde treffen!
The flat consists of Sam, Eugénie, Bat, Caddie, Ivana, Marie, Agatha and then you! Yes, eight, but Don t panic! All are super, super lovely! And there is always calmness here in the flat. Everyone has their own life and especially in summer, some are always somewhere, working, visiting friends or in holidays.
Die WG besteht aus Sam, Eugénie, Bat, Caddie, Ivana, Marie, Agatha und dir. Ja, acht Personen, aber keine Panik. Alle sind super nett und lieb! Und es gibt immer einen ruhigen Ort hier. Jeder macht sein Ding und gerade im Sommer sind viele unterwegs, am arbeiten, draußen sein oder selbst im Urlaub.
We’re definitely not a Zweck-WG. We love to cook and to eat together! We love to have little chats and big laughs in between! This is a open community space where everyone is welcome and everyone should feel safe and cared for. Communication is key and I grant you there is always room to express yourself and be listen to! Generally we all take responsibilities in the WG (cleaning, shopping, organizing, …), how these are distributed we are determining together. But as we are all experienced people in living together, a general sense for tidiness and cleanliness is common sense and mandatory 😊

Please, also tell a little bit about yourself. This flat is home for many and me and so there must be some common ground, but as we are diverse and different, so might be you and we embrace this! Wir sind definitiv keine Zweck-WG. Wir lieben es gemeinsam zu kochen und zu essen! Wir lieben es uns für kleine Gespräche und große Lacher und Geschichten zusammen zu finden, geplant und häufig auch ungeplant. Das hier ist ein Gemeinschaftsprojekt, wo sich jeder wohl fühlen sollte. Kommunikation ist der Schlüssel und ich garantiere dir, dass es immer jmd. gibt der dir zuhören wird. Grundsätzlich übernehmen alle Verantwortungen in der WG (putzen, einkaufen, orga ...), wie dieses aufgeteilt wird, wird gemeinsam ausgetüftelt. Aber, da wir alle schon lange WG Erfahren sind, ist ein gemeinsames Verständnis von Sauberkeit und Ordnung halten wichtig!
Falls du irgendwelche Fragen hast, schreib mir! Falls Zeitraum und oder Kosten ein Problem ist, schreib mir auch, man findet für so vieles immer eine Lösung! Bei Interesse, schreib gerne auch was über dich! Diese Wg ist das Zuhause von Vielen und ein gemeinsames Verständnis ist wichtig.
