Hey Leute! (◐ω◑ )
Ich bin Ben, 28, und suche nach einem/einer Mitbewohner*in für meine neue Wohnung.
Disclaimer:
Da ich ab und zu doch meine Ruhe haben möchte,
würde ich das Zimmer nur für ein paar Monate am Stück vermieten und nicht langfristig.
Ich bin selbst erst Anfang Dezember hier eingezogen und bin sehr happy mit der Wohnung, aber da die Wohnung für mich allein doch noch recht teuer ist, und ich das zweite Zimmer auch echt nicht brauche gerade, suche ich mir lieber jemanden, mit dem ich diese schöne Wohnung teilen kann. 😄
Nun zu deinem Zimmer: Es hat an die 13m², die in zwei Teile aufgeteilt sind, ein Vorraum mit zwei großen Kästen und einem kleinem Schrank, und dem Hauptzimmer.
Der Vorraum ist ca. 5m², und das Hauptzimmer ca. 8m² groß, wobei die großen Kästen im Vorraum mehr als genug Platz bieten sollten, um all deine Sachen dort unterzubringen, so dass du mehr Platz zum Wohnen im Hauptzimmer hast.
Im Zimmer stehen zur Zeit ein Bett, ein Schreibtisch und zwei kleine Tischchen die schon hier waren, diese können übernommen werden, sonst falls kein Interesse daran besteht, können wir das auch einfach ins Kellerabteil abstellen.
Ansonsten ist die Wohnung wie man auf den Bildern sehen kann echt mega schön und neu, von den Marmorböden bis zu den schönen Holzkästen und der Fußbodenheizung ist es echt ein ziemlicher Luxus hier. 😄

I'm Ben, 28, and I'm looking for a flatmate for my new apartment.
Disclaimer:
Since I value my time alone every now and then, I've decided to only rent out the room for a couple months at a time max. and not long term.
I myself just moved here in December, and I'm very happy with the apartment so far, but since it is a bit expensive for me alone right now, as well as me not needing the second room at all, I'd rather have someone to share this beautiful place with. 😄
About your room: It has about 13m², broken up into two parts, the entrance area with two big wardrobes as well as a small cupboard, and the actual room.
The entrance area with the wardrobes is about 5m² of size, the actual room about 8m², it's fairly small but the wardrobes have a looot of space for all your stuff.
The room came with a bed, a table and two small bedside tables, but if you don't want those then we can just put it in the basement.
Other than that, the apartment is really beautiful and new as you can see on the pictures, from the marble floors with integrated floor heating to the neat wooden wardrobes, it's all pretty luxurious and I'd like to keep it that way. 😄
Obwohl die Wohnung an der Krottenbachstraße liegt, ist es echt ruhig in der Wohnung, selbst mit offenen Fenstern hört man kaum was, da die Fenster südseitig gelegen sind, also von der Krottenbachstraße wegschauen.
Die S45 ist in 5 Minuten Gehweite, der 35A fährt quasi vor der Haustür ab, und mit der 38er Straßenbahn ist man in 10min bei der Nußdorferstraße.
Hofer, Billa, DM & Co gibt es auch alle in 5-10min Entfernung, bei der S-Bahn Station ist auch eine Tankstelle mit integriertem Billa, wo man auch um 11 am Abend noch einen Notfall Einkauf tätigen kann. 🌚

Even tho the apartment lies on the very busy Krottenbachstraße, it's not noisy at all, since the windows look out to the south, away from the street.
The S45 is a 5min walk away, the bus 35A is basically right in front of the house, and the 38 tram takes you to Nußdorferstraße in about 10 minutes.
Hofer, Billa, DM & co are all about a 5-10min walk away, next to the S-Bahn station there's a gas station with a supermarket as well, if you need some late night groceries. 🌚
Zu meiner Person:
Ich lerne zur Zeit coding um als Software Entwickler arbeiten zu können, bin zwar noch recht neu in dem Gebiet, aber zu mir kann man trotzdem immer kommen falls ein PC oder das WiFi mal spinnt. 😎
Ansonsten trainiere ich Karate und Taekwondo (beide Dojos sind 5 Minuten von hier entfernt, falls du auch anfangen möchtest 😜), und verbringe viel Zeit mit Videogames, Legos und anderem nerdy Zeug.
Zu mir als Mitbewohner kann ich behaupten, dass ich ruhig, rücksichtsvoll und super sauber bin, lasse Dinge am besten garnicht erst dreckig werden, damit man später nichts sauber machen muss.
Ansonsten bin ich immer gern bei WG activities dabei, und lade auch gern Leute bei mir ein für movie oder gaming nights. 😙
Jedenfalls ist es mir mega wichtig, dass man sich in der WG gern hat und sich wohl fühlt, also ich mag definitiv keine Zeck WG vibes.
Und ja, Sauberkeit ist und war mir schon immer wichtig, vor allem jetzt in so einer schönen Wohnung, deshalb fände ich's wichtig, wenn wir regelmäßig Vorraum, Bad und Küche putzen, damit es so schön bleibt wie es jetzt ist. 😄

About myself:
I'm currently learning how to code to become a software developer, I'm still pretty new to the field, but you can still always come to me if your pc or the wifi is acting up. 😎
I'm training Karate and Taekwondo (both Dojos are 5 minutes from here, if you're interested in checking it out as well 😜), other than that I spend a lot of time playing videogames, building Legos and other nerdy activities.
To me as a flatmate, I'd say that I'm a very calm and considerate person, also I'm super clean and never let anything lie around somewhere or let stuff get dirty in the first place, so you don't have to clean it later.
Other than that, I'm always down to do some stuff, hang out with your friends or have you hang out with mine, I invite my friends over every once in a while for a movie or gaming night. 😙
Anyway, it's super important to me that we get along together, and just talk it out should any problems arise.
And yeah, cleanliness is a big deal for me, now more than ever since I got this beautiful apartment, so I'd appreciate it if we'd clean it regularly and don't break anything obviously, so that the place stays as nice as it is right now. 😄
Sonstiges können wir dann ja persönlich besprechen, wie das ganze mit Hausverwaltung usw. funktioniert und ja.
