Ich ziehe ende März aus meiner 8er WG aus. Mein Zimmer ist 9qm2, vollmöbliert und kostet 300€ im Monat.
Dank des Hochbetts hat man eigentlich viel Platz im Zimmer. Es gibt sonst noch einen Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Regal, Kleiderschrank und ein Sofa.
Die Wohnung ist paar hundert Meter von der Station Spittelau entfernt und mein Zimmer zeigt ins grüne.
Die Mitbewohner sind alle ultra lieb und wir leben hier eigentlich sehr harmonisch. Es gibt jeweils 2 Bäder und Toiletten und eine große Küche mit zwei Kühlschränken und einer Waschmaschine. Die Kaution ist bei 900€ und für eine Vertragserstellung muss man einmalig 150€ in Bar der Vermieterin zahlen. Ansonsten hab ich noch das Sofa von der Vormieterin zur Ablöse für die ich noch 150€ möchte. Weitere Sachen können, nach bedarf gegen eine kleine Ablöse da bleiben.
